I think smack's point was people are making it seem like its hoyo being generous with the triple banner when its clearly a bait to preassure people to spend more
@@Panda-yw4us to my understanding the “good thing” that people are saying is that reruns will rotate faster the more they do this triple rerun banners. if there really are people saying the triple banner is a “generous” move then i feel like they’re just the dumb minority, unless common sense really isn’t that common anymore.
@@naksu6344 Yes it does rotate faster but once your desired character do have their reruns, there's a high chance that their best teammate will have a rerun along side them which is the bait that people are talking about. For example kafka doesn't feel complete without blackswan and it just happens that they're having rerun along side each other, that creates pressure for you to get the other if you do pull one of them, its basically sunk cost fallacy, since you've already pulled one character and already invested you might as well get the other to complete them. Well ofc not everyone would fall for this but some people will
Volkin, I'd love to see a video where you talk about the gacha space outside of the "Hoyosphere." I've played a number of games and watched a lot of your and FG3000 content but do not really have a sense of what the community is like outside of the specific games. Are the games evolving? Is the community excited or expecting good things? Stagnant? For example, for me, my hope is the games get even more auto. I love the idea of managing a progressive game but games like Eversoul, Counterside, AFK Journey, but honestly they ask me to repeat too many tedious tasks that the game should do on its own (like filtering an inventory and leveling an item). Too much manual clicking to where it might as well be an active game. I'm hoping the genre is progressing more towards that but it's hard to get a sense of where the industry is going, if it's actually moving at all.
Yeah in regards to the re-run banner system, Id say both are right. Its both good and bad. Good in giving people more options and chances to get characters they want (kinda have to this system in some way eventually.) Bad in the fomo psychological pressure it adds. I lost count how many times I read people going "damn, im f2p but screw it. im dropping some cash." Yeah that is by design, they want our money. So I think its a good system, and I also think its good to criticize the implementation of the system
So his rebuttal towards them rerunning characters more often is that they'll do the same thing they've always done? So instead of having to wait a year for a character that will be placed inconvenient, it will be a maybe half a year and they'll be placed inconvenient.
And by his own logic nothing they ever do is good for the consumer, why even discuss it. By his statement, even Dr. Ratio being free was not good for consumer, only done to dig into your pocket
Damn that's crazy, ToF has a rate up banner to select which character you want. Yet so many people abandoned it before it was in its final form, such a shame. Surely that won't happen to Neverness to Everness, right.. Right?
14:52 funny thing I was bit bored of waiting for 2.5 so i did something i was already planning on and that is starting a new F2P account and in under 5 days I've gotten 120+ LB pulls ( Tickets + Raw Jade ) and around 100 SB pulls and im only TB lvl 30 and not in Penacony. so a Brand new account if activity played can easily get over 200 pulls in the 3 weeks of a banner so with some ok luck ( aka not hitting 75+ and losing 50/50 multiple times ) it's definitely possible to get 2 limited characters in a single patch as a new player. ( hell i got E1 Seele in 50 pulls on day one )
@@brisenocturne1441 this is what happens when you just regurgitate words and talking points without having any real understanding of what those words mean and you misuse them like with shill and just end up looking stupid.
Gacha games need to change. They all do the same thing eventually, no matter how they incentivise you to start playing or come back to play, it's not a reward issue but the issue is how fast they pump out characters and content that make old ones lose value and pressure you into spending in a constant loop
I've always felt gacha is pretty much approaching saturation; there is only _so much money_ that players/customers have to go around in this economy. Just how many people in the world can afford to whale all out in so many games?
as a fellow Uma Musume Pretty Derby fan... I can agree. I do like collecting the waifu, but the story is there, and I am excited to see it in global. But the same can be said about any gacha player. Why would anyone spend hundreds or thousands of dollars. When it comes to gameplay vs horniness, I would bet top dollar that people are pulling for a character because he or she looks hot. That isn't to say that there are people out there that do get the character for their usefulness,
19:49 I got topaz on her first banner and give her su light cone. Got free ratio and pulled for his light cone. Pulled for Aventurine and give him 4 star light cone of march. Pulled for robin and give her free Michael light cone. I’m f2p
I know logically we should get more pulls, just saying they are giving us the additional 1000 gems, and 10 fuels, they’re obviously aware of what they are doing, I don’t think it’s their intention to piss off the player base, and they are going to see how people respond and adjust the rewards based on that feedback and data
Half agree, since HSR is a turn based non open world game it definitely more characters, but it since it is mandatory to release characters, they should increase the gacha rates, at this point it is the same as genshin when we rarely pull at all in there and we need twice as many characters in HSR, since the end game contents, buffs and enemies are frequently updated.
As an actual adult, the real struggle was trying to play multiple of all these big gachas at the same time. Once I quit everything and just stuck with wuwa, I realised how much time I was wasting trying to keep up with all the unskippable bs, daily quests, currency grinding, character progression, etc... Wuwa opened my eyes towards how a company is valuing player time whilst still actually being an enjoyable more mature game. Seriously just uninstalling Genshin and HSR and not touching them for months has opened my eyes to the monotonous slog it is to keep up with all of it. Not trying to shill wuwa here, but it just feels so different since every event lasts until the end of the entire patch, you can skip everything you aren't in the mood for, it's overall just a better experience and player time commitment feels more valued imo.
In regards to the more pulls for each patch, which i agree with, technically we are getting 20 pulls this patch. The 10 from gift of odyssey, the 1000 jade from Feixiao and 600 jade for update downtime. if they are giving twice as many characters each patch, the least they could try and do is maybe give us an extra 10 per patch.
Love the content guys! Also id like to point out. (not criticizing but just something that ive noticed) I was born in Brazil and ive noticed that gambling and addictions here in the US get shifted back to the companies and such whereas other countries (not all as some of them are starting to take the american approach) seem to be able to see and be like “hey i enganged in this addictive activity and im solely responsible for myself”. Again i dont say that to criticize one side or the other but its just something interesting i started to notice as more and more culture meet each other and discuss their point of views.
OMG, the thought of Volkin playing Duel Links is hilarious to me. I can just see him, digging into a box with a UR he really wants. It's at the very bottom of the box and you have to spend so damn much to get one copy. The game itself is very fun, but the way you get cards from the boxes is asinine, and designed to screw you over.
I think if Hoyo for example make HSR/Genshin based CRPG, ARPG thats not live service it will make a load of money and could be great game. Still if it is standalone even if it sells 20 mln copies x60 dollars each its only 100 mln which is a month revenue. gacha monetization being too profitable kills too many good projects.
I know it's a clickbait title, but theres people that do believe that. You need to have some special kind of brain damage to believe that a game that makes 10++ millions each month is failing.
Gachasmack is kinda a firebrand with reacting to criticism so the way he laughs and enjoys Volkin's roasts just shows the respect/trust/esteem there. Super cool
Lol Volk tryna figure out new ways to say he dgaf is sending me. Gacha smack is overcooking a bit. Its the gacha space no need to argue ppl down (not volk) but people who are hoyo shills. Clearly it's predatory but not everyone has to agree. It's a given (it's not consumer friendly), considering the gacha space.
I feel like they won't increase the free ten pulls until they give us more than two new characters, I feel like they believe a sizeable part of the community has some a few of the rerun characters
45:30 I think the incident you guys are thinking about was the HI3 one where they only released bunny outfits for global. CN got mad because to them, it was basically cuck-holding since they weren’t getting it while global was. Also, near the launch of the game, they threw a fit when they were going to add playable male characters into HI3 similar to what happened with snowbreak. Their logic is that it disrupt their harem. Parasocialism at its finest lmao.
@_@ Companies priority is to maximize profit and a F2P players priority is to pick responsibly. Its obvious they want to make as much money possible but you choose to be influenced by them for example i have full control i am only picking tingyun 5 star form so i am skipping all banners before it like feixiao ramps whatever. Its players fault if they get baited in to spending more money companies exist to maximize profits.
As someone who once hit the 13 Gacha rotation, not gonna lie it does kill the enthusiasm like the only adrenaline/happy times are new patch and not the journey/building up units or conquering. Now that I'm more adult since finishing college and doing work/side jobs. I laid down a 10 rule of maxed gachas, with my current ones being Alchemy Stars, Path To Nowhere, Honkai Star Rail, Aether Gazer, Reverse 1999, Snowbreak, Wuthering Waves and Solo Leveling Arise. I swear I don't know how I'm handling them but heck it does feel like a killer in enthusiasm to a yearly routine of "new gacha>try new gacha>hard to throw away>keep the new gacha" especially on same genre. So yeah just sharing my monotonous gacha life where things is in that neutral walk almost all the time. And I do spend so triple the hurt in my soul, why do I gacha...
I played 5 at one time and just said fuck that. Ain't no way I'm going to make video games feel like a damn job. They do it so you stay hooked. You are just wasting more time and money. Wake up. And play some real game that dont ask you for money every day.
About Gacha Games fall off i wanted to bring my own experience in. I play atm quite regularly WuWa, Genshin, HSR and ZzZ. They are not very time demanding and have a quite good quality (i play mostly on PC though). At the begin when Genshin was the only AAA gacha it was always something special when a new char or anything new came, then with Starrail it became a bit more Frequent but still felt kinda special probably also cause Starrail is totally different to Genshin. But now with WuWa and ZzZ i kinda lost this really big hype feeling cause there is always something new to come and there is always one of those games where i farmed enough to pull something. I mean all 4 games have good quality and chars to be hyped for but on the other side they are all not special enough anymore to stand out. And maybe thats a reason why the "Hoyosphere" is atm going down a little. Also i dunno about other parts of the world but we in Europe have a massive living cost explosion so this might also be a reason people spend less and less on such things.
I definitely see both sides on the "monetization" debate but, as a consumer, I do lean more to Smack's side. Personally, I think people tend to conflate liking the game (art, gameplay, story, etc.) with justifying scummy monetization. Of course, I get that a live service game needs continual funds but there is no chance that their profits aren't massively exceeding their costs; otherwise they wouldn't be trying to pump out more and more of these games. They could just as easily run a permanent banner where they add in the limited characters a set period of time after their release, rather than random short term reruns. Sure it might dip into their potential profits but why, as a player, should you care? Paying player or not, it would only benefit the audience, so people defending or rationalizing the situation just strikes me as odd.
Love and Deep Space for me cater for female players.. The game not only about husbando, but also fighting scene + Storyline that make players cry + have dating sim with the husbando and the final aspect have so many skin not only for Pay to Win players but have free skin for free to play players to get and take pictures together.. My Girlfriend so addicted to Love and Deep Space games..
This is what I don't get, female players complain about a lack of male characters on games like honkai star rail or wuthering waves, but they have a game that is EXCLUSIVELY about husbandos, if they don't like how it is in the hoyo & kuro games they should just go play love and deepspace.
@@kacper0563 stupid logic, female players don't go to the HI3RD to demand husbandos there, it's totally fine to complain in hsr ( I dunno about wuwa) cus from the start we had 1 male 1 female 5* in patch, but lately it become more more rare , like with that logic I should also tell male players who complain about having male characters in game go play azure lane or some sht
@@restart6358 female players don't go to hi3 because it's a dead game outside of cn 😅 besides if my logic is stupid, then yours is even more so, there is an entire game where husbandos are the only thing released, so yet again why don't they just go play that?
No one tell them hoyoverse making so much money they're hiring for 5 more games. we have zero idea how much genshin, HSR, ZZZ, HI3 make on PC we have zero idea how much genshin, HSR, ZZZ make on PlayStation We have zero idea how much each game makes in merchandise sells. You only looking at mobile sells which is 1/3 ways the games make money and 1/2 ways for HI3 since it's not on PlayStation
FOMO is underestimated. Why did robin and Ruan mei rerun with their best dps's? FOMO. it subconsciously implies, if you don't pull this crack 5 star support now, next time it's gunna be much harder AND you'll also want the dps AT THE SAME TIME. Same thing applies to Kafka and black swan and many others. They have also worked out that if make the characters like members of the same path ie feixaio/topaz etc what becomes a problem? Light cones. Sneaky little bitches. Haha
I swear, gachasmack just has the worst takes. I don’t think anyone is pretending that hoyo isn’t trying to make a profit. The people who are pointing out the positives, are just acknowledging the nuances that the 3 banners can be both profit driven, but also have positives. Which Volkin points out. Smack just seems to have a huge ego issue, where he doesn’t like it if people dont’t agree with him completely. We have to agree with him that the banner system is predatory, full stop. No nuances. He also pretty much just asking hoyo to give 40 free pulls …just coz? Just coz they make enough money? Like, ask Apple to make their phones cheaper, or give us some free shit just coz they make enough money? I don’t think he understands the concept of quality/ premium products don’t have to lower prices/ give free shit to keep customers. Hoyo wants to position themselves in that category. Yes, they have to also adjust their strategy in this fast moving environment, but thinking they need to give everyone 40 pulls is stupid
You act as you have stocks in the company, arguing that a Gacha game should be even more greedier is the stupidest take I’ve read all year. Smack’s takes are from a position of self-respect which none of you clearly have, why would I as a consumer argue against having more rolls to subsize (not guaranteed) the total cost it takes to get a single character, 40 isn’t even enough to guarantee you a single character but that’s being greedy? It costs $300 to get the remaining amount needed and that’s not even factoring in the lightcone or the other character. “Quality/premium products shouldn’t have to lower prices” Actual bootlicker mentality, let me guess you paid $1,000 for a supreme shirt and felt personally attack by smack calling you people out?
I don’t think he actually meant for HSR to give us “40” pulls. A, that number was just an example and B, I think he was just trying to say that in this particular patch the 10 pulls they are giving are really not that much in the grand scheme of things when they are throwing 4 not just REALLY GOOD characters on the same banner but they are adding the one character that is almost a must have for Feixiao along with her. Oh and let me add that on the back half they are adding Topaz which will most likely be Fei’s other BIS unit. I’m not sure what they were thinking here but they were most definitely not thinking of their F2P players. Of that I’m certain. I mean if you are a newer player ( and F2P) and lets say you missed Ratio and just got Hunt March and love the idea of a FUA team so you would love a good DPS like Feixiao but realize you need Robin to make that team work and then learn that the devs are throwing them both on the same banner, you are more than likely not gonna get both. I also don’t think he would be saying this if they put 4 units together that all go on different types of teams. I.e if Feixiao then maybe keep Black Swan, then go Jingliu and maybe Fuxuan. None of those 4 have to be on the same team to work. Putting Swan and Kafka together is insane as they are the best pairing for each other and same goes for Fei and Robin. This is a rough banner no matter what. So I actually agree with him. And yes you don’t need to go for 2 units but when is the next time one of the two you need most will have another rerun where as if they weren’t on the same banner you would have a better chance of getting them sooner rather than later. Anyway, I see where he is coming from.
@@luckywizard_ it’s about the fact that they don’t need to be more generous. They don’t need to have fake looking ads on Facebook, and give everyone 40 pulls every month just to keep their players. And they know that. You know what will? Competition. But most won’t want to do that. It’s undercutting, and firstly, it doesn’t normally work, because it gives the impression that your product is of lesser value, but even if it does, it just reduces profit. That’s why the flagship products from top companies are normally pretty comparable in price. Unless a big competitor comes and undercuts them in price but also offers same quality, they can demand the premium prices they want. It’s not about self respect. It’s about what the market is prepared to pay. Every game is doing exactly what they think is required to retain players/ make as much profit as possible. The shittier the game, the more they will probably try to give you.
A lot of people use Dr Ratio(if you started before 2.2 update), March 7th and Herta since they got them for free as well and Robin is their best support. Not to mention if you got Himeko and Clara they are also really good with her if you got them on standard or losing a 50/50. There is very little chance you do not have a followup dps to use with Robin and you can use her outside followup teams as well.
That "generosity" is not adding up, with average 90 pulls per patch, but 180 to guarantee 1 character. Acheron, Robin, Aventurine, Boothill Firefly; the current strongest characters in the game that close to each other, some people still have the courage to talk about vertical investment and planning pulls better lol.
You don't need all these characters though. Acheron, Robin, Aventurine, Boothilll, Firefly... It's not like they al belong to the same team. If you pulled Acheron, then build an Acheron team; no Robin required. If you pulled Firefly, then build a Firefly team; no Robin required.
There's no generosity to gacha game freebies they'rr all just a business move with ultimate goal to get people to spend money. Think about it beyond surface level discussions.
About ZZZ, I don't watch it on RUclips because there is too much TV, It is boring to watch for me. I would rather watch Genshin a 4 year old game over ZZZ. Another thing about ZZZ's falling revenue, to be honest, for the average player they have to get past the TV mini games to enjoy the combat and most will not make it. For those who do, they quickly find out the combat (although not mechanically hard to play,) is very hard to beat at end game if they do not properly build their characters (unlike Genshin where you can beat end game with average built characters due to their reaction system). Anyway, I think ZZZ for the average player will not retain those players due to the above stated reasons. Good topic though!
Smart choice on them they not putting all eggs in one basket GGZ unknown China only HI3 make around on average 2 million Genshin make around on average 30 million HSR make around on average 30 million ZZZ might make around on average 30 million These are the lowest I have seen these games make that is atleast 92 million a month just on mobile
Followup is not expensive Robin with Feixiao and March 7th Hunt, Gallagher and that will take you straight to the endgame. Aventurine and Topaz are a luxury but not necessary for followup team to be top tier. Dr Ratio with Robin, TIngyun and Gallagher can surpass the RRAT premium team. If you are looking for Best in Slot teams than for sure it is more expensive since more and more teams getting their limited supports like Acheron just got Jiaoqiu and Firefly is getting Lingsha. If you are a new player just starting out if you rush to finish the content you can acquire enough jades for 2 limited characters guaranteed just off permanent content. I don't recommend playing that way though, only if you are meta focused, but don't want to spend money that is the best way to walk away with Feixiao and Robin to have you a top tier setup quick. Its very rare to actually have to use 180 pulls for one limited 5 star though you have a higher chance of getting them early than you do going all the way to guaranteed pity.
FF + RM can clear all 3 endgames. thats 2 cost team cos you dont need LC on FF. with FuA you need more units ovreall + cones. even at Feixaio teams you need to invest in relics for MArch/Topza/moze
@@sweeleongng333 Feixiao don't need Robin but if you want her to be at her best like the other teams are at their best with their ideal limited support(Firefly with Ruan Mei and Acheron with Jiaoqiu) than you going to want Robin.
100% agree with smack, company do everything in it power to make the best amount of money, not to build community or care bout ppl spending habit, MHY in the end of the day, still a company at heart and company exist to make money, not to do charity
I think HSR will hard carry the space once we get to 3.0 but yeah, all the other gacha games have been lack luster: 1. ZZZ barely had any new content for 1.1 and it seems 1.2 is going to repeat this trend. 2. Wuwa honestly killed its own hype by extending 1.1 and having 1.2 barely add anything. I think it’s dumb to have 2 patches like that back to back this early into the game. 3. Genshin 5.0 reception has been pretty lukewarm. It seems people are honestly more excited for HSR 2.5 than genshin which should paint a picture.
I don't even know what they can add to zzz besides new playable characters, the zones they have are boring and not interactive at all (like they did in hsr with the recent penacony thing where you can walk on walls and ceilings), every mission is played in the same 5-6 maps and if we're lucky it will be 10 different maps by 2.0. The new endgame also sucks from what I've seen, it's the same thing but with bigger health bars (the nineveh monster stage on hollow zero for example). I feel like the dev team for zzz has driven themselves into a corner with what they can do and add into the game the moment they made the TV's.
@@kacper0563 I feel you, the zzz dev team has placed too many restrictions on themselves that it’s hard to innovate. You mentioned intractable and honestly the only one I can really remember is stopping the fan on one of the construction levels to travel through and that’s it. I was expecting zzz to be a more polished Scarlet Nexus but even that game blows it out of the park.
@@eddieboston6540 and what's incorrect about it? The one and only thing this game has that honkai didn't is slightly more interactive combat afaik. The devs have driven themselves into a corner by yet again catering to a casual "play on the go" audience which limits the amount of good and interesting content they can put in the game. The game will fall off hard and we're already starting to see the beginning of that fall off, qingyi is the best stunner in the game and yet she has sold poorly relative to their other meta units, and as smack mentioned there is very little hype for jane doe too, besides the horny people ofc. It would take a total overhaul of the game for it to actually have any meaningful impact on the gacha space, because otherwise it will fall into irrelevance like it's predecessor honkai impact 3rd.
i think the most generous gacha game out there is reverse 1999 and since seeing it on your channels i play it daily easily and the game is getting better. think hsr has lost its way and it is all a bit samey with all the other game and i prefer zzz over it bc it is more mature. swords of convallaria is good and if pvp comes to it, it will be an interesting thing bc you don't see it often in gacha games
The new rerun system is only good if its at least semi regular. If they treat it like the Chronicle wish banner in genshin, its a terrible anti consumer banner just trying to create FOMO to tempt you into spending money.
I started gacha games with Genshin... and disliked it. As soon as Star Rail released, I dropped Genshin like a hot potato, and have been with Star Rail ever since. I like JRPG style games much more than Action based games. I also tried out WuWa and ZZZ... I've been logging in for dailies and spending my stamina... ZZZ lets you spend stamina quickly, which I appreciate, but I actually hate the gameplay. I guess I'm sticking around to build up free premium currency until I find a character to be released that fits my play style,... but more likely, I'll just drop it. ZZZ is absolutely NOT my style. WuWa is in a better position for me... I've gotten the characters I want... but my computer isn't up to spec to handle the combat in real time... I get horrible stuttering and freezes, and when the game relies on dodging and timing... yeah, you can imagine where that goes for me... so I'm hanging in there until I can upgrade my computer. Then, I have other games I'm playing, like The First Descendant, Warframe, and Last Epoch. I should mention that I play both PC and PS4 games... need a PS5 these days, but no money for that either. The dailies are killing my free time. I have to make sacrifices... and ZZZ looks to be first on my list to be cut off.
I 100% would love if master duel added anime theme duel in solo play. I mean they split it by series the first gate added is duel monsters where we go up against decks theme after duelist in that series like yugi dark magician, kiba blue eyes, joey red eyes
Personally, while I strongly doubt it will ever happen, a good idea for players with banners is to have by the 2nd anniversary, move every 1.# character to the standard banner pool. At this point they have all been essentially power crept in one way or another. You don't see people going in for Silver Wolf or Luocha, Jing Yuan or Seele, even Jing Liu or Imbititor Lunae, etc. So if those banners get reruns, no one is likely going to pull for any of them. So save the energy and development to create banners for them and add them into the standard pool roster. But Hoyo isn't gonna do that, they probably feel like they will make money by putting those banners out, even though they likely won't see much of any actual attention. Kafka and Topaz are the only real exceptions to that I personally see, and that's because they are still central to their types of team comps. Every other 1.0 character though, no one cares when new and more powerful options constantly lessen their value.
@@soulfulhuman8724 It happens sometimes, no biggie. Just thought it would be a good idea to bring up. This game revolves more around meta than Genshin ever did, so people don't really pull on units that don't perform very often. And I don't think Hoyo gets that as much due to how Genshin is with people playing whatever character they want without meta consideration (since nothing in the game requires meta)

Tbh it feels good to be a day 1 player in any gacha if it's good enough to retain you.
Damn that's crazy, ToF has a rate up banner to select which character you want.
Yet so many people abandoned it before it was in its final form, such a shame.
Surely that won't happen to Neverness to Everness, right.. Right?
The annual podcast is back!
HSR shills crying they get too few pulls are DELULU. let them stop pulling for every fucking character

That isn't to say that there are people out there that do get the character for their usefulness,
yesssssssss been waiting for this
So glad the podcast is back ❤
19:49 I got topaz on her first banner and give her su light cone. Got free ratio and pulled for his light cone. Pulled for Aventurine and give him 4 star light cone of march. Pulled for robin and give her free Michael light cone. I’m f2p
yep, now with Feixiao the FUA team is very F2P, since you don't need Topaz's LC and Aventurine's LC.
I know logically we should get more pulls, just saying they are giving us the additional 1000 gems, and 10 fuels, they’re obviously aware of what they are doing, I don’t think it’s their intention to piss off the player base, and they are going to see how people respond and adjust the rewards based on that feedback and data
its been years i always told my son that there is a podcast i used to watch they are finally back now
Eyyy my favorite podcast! Glad to see you guys upload again 😂 love lots Volk and Smack!
i loved this episode !!! the synergie between you guys is crazy
Gachasmack doing a Monster hunter channel made my day holy i cant wait for Wilds to come out:O
For me personally , lack of content is more problematic than banners.
I would save pulls for 2 months but having nothing to do in game sucks.
100%
It needs another Golden Gears type update where you can endlessly progress through the difficulties and experiment with different line ups
That last thing is so funny considering what just happened in wuwa and gatchasmacks rant on it. Not hating just pretty funny.
16:45 If someone is that gullible to fomo its their own fault
Timestamps would be nice
Again i dont say that to criticize one side or the other but its just something interesting i started to notice as more and more culture meet each other and discuss their point of views.
enjoyable episode as always 🙂👏👏
Love you both, but holy crap you guys need to start working on not talking over each other 😂
OMG, the thought of Volkin playing Duel Links is hilarious to me.
Bro,where is timecodes
Letssss goooooo another Gacha Mates Video!!!
Damn Gacha smack utilizing life lessons from Vegas. Cheers 🥃🍻
It's a given (it's not consumer friendly), considering the gacha space.
star has released 2 characters each patch, where others release 1, the money is from frequency of characters, which may become a problem maybe
True about open world, I'm sick of it, I stopped playing genshin and wuwa
It means that community becomes more and more abnomal as love and deepspace along with uma musume revenue rise up
@_@ Companies priority is to maximize profit and a F2P players priority is to pick responsibly. Its obvious they want to make as much money possible but you choose to be influenced by them for example i have full control i am only picking tingyun 5 star form so i am skipping all banners before it like feixiao ramps whatever. Its players fault if they get baited in to spending more money companies exist to maximize profits.
I wanted DoT and now they together so I'm kinda salty lol. I'm starting to like FUA though because of March 7th. My strongest champ rn
I might just get robin and try for topaz or jus skip everyone until 2.6 lol
I wanna play snow break but I need to delete wuwa
I played 5 at one time and just said fuck that. Ain't no way I'm going to make video games feel like a damn job. They do it so you stay hooked. You are just wasting more time and money. Wake up. And play some real game that dont ask you for money every day.
12:09 THANK YOU SMACK HOLY SHIT! Thats what im trying to say to these folk man....
One point. As long as you sell games in Asia and its anime related. You know that shit is going to sell well.
With AFK's global then CN/JP/KR launch being wildly successful, are we going to see gachas launching on global first before Asia? I'm down! 😆
The grandpas are back in town
I played Lost Ark, I think im done with mmo's, one of my favorite things about gatcha is the relatively low time investment.

I gave ZZZ a good run but just couldnt find fun in it for me. I did try though.

No one tell them hoyoverse making so much money they're hiring for 5 more games.
we have zero idea how much genshin, HSR, ZZZ, HI3 make on PC
we have zero idea how much genshin, HSR, ZZZ make on PlayStation
We have zero idea how much each game makes in merchandise sells.
You only looking at mobile sells which is 1/3 ways the games make money and 1/2 ways for HI3 since it's not on PlayStation
Wait, we're still doing this? hahaha
1 month account of hoyocuck bot defend thier favorate company like dog
Fobmaster also said should gives 20 pull other than the lame 10 pull every patch since now Hoyo have make a lot of profit every month.
I came to HSR because it's turn based. I agree.
FUA is expensive but everyone still saying get robin.
Need y’all to cover sword of convallaria more plz
Waiting for the timestamp guy
You do realize you don't need all of these characters right?
You don’t need any of those characters 😂
There's no generosity to gacha game freebies they'rr all just a business move with ultimate goal to get people to spend money. Think about it beyond surface level discussions.
plan your pulls better
Or it's just natural fall off it's were in the second month of ZZZ

These are the lowest I have seen these games make that is atleast 92 million a month just on mobile
Love and Deepspace is the best gacha game ever. 😉
Feixiao no need Robin too if you not aim for 0 cycle.

I think HSR will hard carry the space once we get to 3.0 but yeah, all the other gacha games have been lack luster:
@@luckywizard_ I was expecting it to be a more innovative honkai impact, but in the end it's the same game with a new coat of paint.
@@kacper0563that is a surface level take
@@eddieboston6540 and what's incorrect about it?
Love duel links

They can't put characters previously advertised as limited to the standard banner , that's against the law in china.
