How are the puddles? Are they as bad as in WRC 8 or can you drive normally through them without having to worry about being thrown into a barrier?
Love the co-driver sound, it makes Nicky Grist so proud~
well it doenst have co driver voice crackles when bumping
Love WRC. But performance is such an important factor that I am having trouble enjoying the game so I jump back on the Dirt 2.0 train.
I have a i7 9700K and RTX2080 and the frames drop consistently in area with tree, foliage ect...
With a game with such beautifully designed tracks, I am surprised they did not fix that as priority.
Unless it is only me that has the issue?

I use an i5 3570k and GTX 1060 and I get 144fps no issues. I've never had a problem with 5,6,7 or 8 WRC games. Must be some strange conflict for some people!

yesterday ive noticed that wrc 8 has visuell tyre flex ( deforming rubber of the wheels) and i didnt noticed that at wrc9???

also physics look even smoother than wrc 8.
co-driver sounds nice.
the only thing left to improve are visuals, they look pretty outdated for now.
Apart those things It really looks like a wrc8 copy and paste, i think mainly beacause of the old stages we have been driving since n7. I'd be also happy to see the time control at the end of the stage like dirt
I can argue with you as far as the graphics are concerned ... my opinion is that it is the most realistic to date, it looks like a very high quality game. You're right about everything else. I've played Dirt 2, and I'm not impressed by the lack of a rally championship license. And it also seems to me that WRC 8 was not a finished product ... it is now ready. I have already preordered the game for Epic ... it is for 25 euros....which really proves to be an update to the previous game ...just half the price for better and finished product .

WRC 8 was awful. So crap. Graphics were terrible. I hope they vastly improve WRC 9.

WRC 9 uses the same stages as WRC 8.
Only two rallies will be 100% reworked. We will have to wait until October to play on the new rally for Portugal and November for Finland.For the moment,these two rallies keep the stages of WRC 8 waiting the updates.

These are the exact WRC8 stages for Finland, but the good news is two months after release they will release Finland and Portugal with totally new stages from the ground up.

The only problem with this game is the annoying sun flare. Especially on Kenya. I was glad to lose to get it out of the way. Otherwise a good game. Oh and ps... The objectives are unnecessary.
