    the TCP handshake doesn't occur "before" the OSI model but rather within it, specifically at the Transport Layer, with the packets being transmitted over the network at lower layers of the OSI model.

    First it will query for DNS in browser cache and then to OS cache then only it will contact Router cache and ISP further.
    As you said it will got to router cache, this is wroung

      If your financial condition is not good don't go behind devops, it is not easy to get job for fresher. Instead go for where you will easily get job like full stack
