  • The roots of this baby were incredible! I'm amazed at how little soil was in the pot.
I think the video is pretty self-explanatory, but if you have any monstera questions, let me know ☺️

What would you say is the best potting mixture for this and most other indoor plants? I use about 1/3 each of garden soil, vermicompost and cocopeat/sand.
I’m new into gardening and i mostly like indoor plants. It would be very helpful. Thank u

Hi, this will depend on the type of plant, whether the plant is a tropical plant or a succulent. If you want soil that you can use straight out of the bag, it’s MotherEarth GroundSwell: www.mrhouseplant.com/recommends/mother-earth-soil-yt/
Otherwise you can get Proven Winners: www.mrhouseplant.com/recommends/proven-winners-potting-soil-yt/ and amend it with perlite: www.mrhouseplant.com/recommends/perlite-yt/
For tropical plants mix 2 parts soil, 1 part perlite. For succulents mix 1 part soil, 1 part perlite. 😊
