Hiya mate just looking for some advice i purchased the abs bar last week im clutching the bike an its coming up but its comig straight back down should i be pulling in the clutch wen its up or leave it engaged in gear maybe i need to set it abit higher an advise would be a great help thankyou
My ABS Wheelie Bar arrived today. This video was really useful. My biggest challenge was getting a good fit on my KTM 690 SMC-R swing arm which has a flat face on the outside but a rounded surface on the inside. I can't wait to take it out and give it a try.
@@Purehess It is absolutely awesome. I made significant progress in an hour of using it. I have it set very high so it hasn't even been kicking in yet but the increase in confidence that I am not going to loop has been substantial. I am in the process of doing a youtube review of the product but I have been doing it solo and I haven't managed to get clear footage of the wheelie bar in operation yet. I would totally recommend it to any KTM-690 or Husquvarna 701 owner when learning as it takes the worry of setting your bike on fire in the event of a loop away completely.
That cable is called a "brake snake". Its mainly for offroad use and stops small sticks and other random things getting behind the brake lever and bending it outwards.

@@davidrespect6471 Yes you can set it to go as far back as you like, it just takes a bit of trial and error with the length of the cable
