Looks like Carboguard 893 0600 Yellow or Carboguard 635 0600 Yellow paints are on it now. Maybe a inorganic zinc coating is under the intermediate coat. That’s why it’s in that stage until it’s all assembled. Probably pressure wash and degrease to remove any contamination from assembly. Then they will most likely prep it up and bring the repairs up to par with that coating. Then prep and brush coat inaccessible areas and apply final coat of urethane to protect it from the UV rays. Atmospheric coatings.
And yes. That’s my specialty. Blasting and coatings. Quality control.

That was probably a safety hub video. Lord have mercy.

Guys. The coating. Easy killer. The coatings is what protects the investment. Without the coating, it will go to shit right quick and in a hurry. Rust is like a cancer. Once it starts, better address it quick cause it will eat the iron substrate away. A lot of feather edging and touching up to do when air temp, humidity, steel temp, and dew points are good to go.
But on another note, good job guys. Lol.
