I love the Gilmore series you are doing and am so excited for the mansion! It does make sense that you're less inspired by stars hollow now that you've done the main characters houses and it's be understandable if you move on to new things.
I would love to see some Istanbul inspired building in sims 4. It could be apparent building or manore, no matter because both are super cute styles in Turkey. I wish there was world in sims 4 in that style

I would love if you could do some Buffy the Vampire Slayer builds (Buffy's house, the high school, the library, Giles' house). Other series to consider: The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (you mentioning a black cat named Salem reminded me I just finished rewatching it); How I Met Your Mother; Bob's Burgers (yes, this is just a list of my favourite shows, though can't figure out how you could do Doctor Who builds lol).
