It's so great to see him hopping into so many different genres too, he is so versatile with it 😭 this one was so groovy, had to stop myself from standing up to dance a few times lmao!
Gold Necklace is so good. Aside from his Royal Coda gig, Kurt Travis should really push this band and ideally try to collab with or go on tour with some artists from the R&B and Pop lane. This has so much crossover appeal between rock, funk, R&B and pop fans.
Ugh I totally agree. I would kill for another Gold Necklace release. Kurt is so versatile, but I feel like the soul he brings to the R&B stuff is some of his best stuff.
Padme is my favorite song even though its not the most exciting one, when he starts the "it was never enough, when i saw you on the scene you were burning up" and then he overlays it, i get goosebumps and kinda wish it lasted longer. Edit: I also think Royal Coda's Compassion album is a perfect post-hc album, but the most recent one really fell flat for me.
You gotta check out his band prior to this called Eternity Forever. I feel like this is technically the same band but changed the name. The sound is very similar and just as good
Not really swan core I'd say. It's prog jazz fusion but Brandon's made his own way without being reminiscent of anyone I can think of. Brandon's alot cleaner in his writing compared to will.
Ugh yes I cannot contain myself with his drum fills and just overall support on this album, the r&b feel really suits them. I'd love some more of this 🥰
Another underrated and hidden gem album you should do a reaction for is _No Matter The Season_ by Eamon. It's 10-tracks long and released in February 2022. It's really good and has a classic sound and mixing to it.
Thanks for checking this out! Genuinely enjoyed your reaction per usual. Your personality is so amazing and fun Just noticed the Louder with Crowder mug. Guurrrl.... you was already one of my favorite reactors, now you just moved up a couple more spots!
Thank you (and other gracious commenters) for giving the suggestions! It's honestly so nice to dive into these. Side note: sharp eye! I definitely don't watch Crowder like I used to but it will always be a nicely shaped mug 😂 I tend to just grab whatever from the cupboard when it's coffee time and grabbed this old mug, it's actually my bfs but I probably use it more than he does 😅
Yes! I found out on RUclips actually, Gemini came up randomly and I'd heard that. They're just so creative. Thanks for reminding me, cause I have the rest to listen to ❤️
@@chaoticlizsama oh and I'm sure somebody's already said this but A Lot Like Birds would be a great band to react to as well... the two Kurt albums. It's been years and I still haven't gotten sick of listening to those songs! (That'd be a reaction to pull up the lyrics for too, their screamer is a true poet)
Kurt’s vocal journey after leaving DGD is so insane. He just keeps getting better

There’s a reason Padme was my most listened to song of 2022…this entire album bangs

This album is a masterclass in R&B swancore
Truly. I need a second Gold Necklace outing ASAP.
Love this album way to much wanna see them live again 🖤

Oh hell yeah, adding to the list! Thanks, always looking for more Kurt Travis
Having an outro to "Domino"? Best way to end the reaction
Hail The Sun has been on repeat for the past month for whatever reason... I think I'm just going thru it 😂
@@chaoticlizsama i was hoping you'd do a react video to Hail The Sun!
ugh I really wish I could, but I've already heard their entire discography on my own!
If they ever have any new music, I'm there!
I got a pick from Brandon on this last tour. I have some crazy videos of being right up on the stage, no barrier.
Swan core forever

Coast to coast should´ve the usa national anthem :v im obsessed with the song.
Not sure if you’ve done a reaction on nova charisma 👀 another Donovan project
"this my shit" agreed. 100% the perfect vibe this record. Joseph Arrington is on drums. Amazing drummer.
Ugh yes I cannot contain myself with his drum fills and just overall support on this album, the r&b feel really suits them. I'd love some more of this 🥰
Anyone knows bands like GN? With flashy guitar jazzy licks, sick grooves and tasty vocals?
Not anyone, it's so fresh.

Is that an ironic Louder with Crowder mug?
Perhaps 😂
Do you know about nova charisma? Its donovan & sergio together
Also donovan has a solo album too
Yes! I found out on RUclips actually, Gemini came up randomly and I'd heard that. They're just so creative. Thanks for reminding me, cause I have the rest to listen to ❤️
@@chaoticlizsama their second album is my favorite, such a gem.
Sianvar is cool
Also gold necklace's album is the Donovan's record label rather than good ol' blue swan records
I love how they're all friends and help each other. Such a cute little community they've got.
@@chaoticlizsama It sure makes for a lot of fun projects
@@chaoticlizsama imo their Sianvar EP is a lot better of a listen than Omniphobia, just throwing that out there :)

Listen to Eidola
I will soon! It has been an interesting start to the year, I'll definitely put it on my list so I don't forget!
listen to gold necklace - in enough time
Thanks for the suggestion ❤️
