And while I don't love everything about Tahani, I do love Jameela Jamil, she's a flawed, HUMAN being. And she has a huge amount of courage and humor about herself and her luck.

They missed the most important part aside from her reconciliation with her sister. She went from someone who needed constant validation and felt the only thing she was capable of was throwing parties...To someone who could do literally anything, and was in training to be one of the most powerful beings in the universe.
Tahani is my favorite from Team Cockroach/Brainy Bunch/Soul Squad. Only realized now that she's the one who had the three of them get matched with her romantically (yes, Eleanor being her soulmate in one of the reboots is canon)
I wish we'd seen more of her and Eleanor as soulmates. While I think Eleanor and Chidi are as close to soulmates as two people can be I'd love to have seen them try to get along as soulmates and lets be honest they're both so hot and Eleanor is clearly attracted to her.
Considering they were in the Bad Place, does that mean each of them were matched with her as punishment and she was objectively the worst of the four to be soulmate-matched with? 😂😂
I honestly love tahani’s personal journeys. While she still has a major ego she came to accept her faults and to learn how to do her for herself instead of doing it just to get approval of others and not let the opinion of others torture her, especially her scumbag parents
I feel so connected to this character. It made me realise a lot of my flaws and dependency issues... and it was even better when the reason for it was mostly her parents behavior. I should try my best to learn to love myself like she did and not try to get the love I'm seeking for from others or try to search for their validation any time I do something because I didn't got enough validation as a child. Thanks to all the people that worked for the creation of The Good Place and for the development of Tahani's character. And thank you for making it an emotional journey (not just her actions changing and her realising and becoming perfect right away : for example she opened the door to hear what her family told about her. She was brave to hear it but she shouldn't have done it to pass the test. However it helped her to become a better person). Anyways. Thank you. I'll allow myself to make mistakes now and will do things that please me.

I feel like Tahani was the best of the main characters. everyone else had to change their actions. Tahani had to change her motivations. she had the makings of being a good person, she was just distracted by how her sister was more well-liked.
Camila is so mean to her sister. Tahani is way better than camila, she just wanted to get as much attention as camila from her parents (which were also cruel and mean to tahani) and yet she ended up in the bad place.
