Android Auto activation

How to "set-up" Android Auto in your Nissan. The test subjects in this video are:
Vehicle - 2019 Nissan Altima
Phone - LG G6 (running the Android operating system)
Simple to set up and even better to actually use. Apple CarPlay eliminates the need to install an app on the phone but is otherwise a very similar process.

Can android activation be access without plugging into the USB vs. wireless? I don't want to plug in my phone every times I enter the vehicle. I like the setup on my 2019 Altima but don't want to plug in all the times. Thanks

They took this feature from 2020 Nissan ALTIMA SR I couldn't connect mine to USB won't read the Data.

Can android auto and apple carplay be retrofitted into a 2019 Nissan pathfinder platinum? How do you use the HDMI port in the center console? Can you connect a google chromecast in it to play/stream youtube videos into the screens (including the back) using your phone as a source?

I travel daily for work flying around as a repair guy. New city and New car daily.
Evey other vehicle National has I sit in the car and plug in my phone. It immediately links up and my Google maps starts and I'm off.
Every time.

With this shit tier of a car manufacturer it is a flipping fight to get my phone linked.
This is near a fucking decade now of smart phone and Nissan still shits all over themselves by not fucking fixing android auto like near every other car manufacturer.
Nissan sucks ass.

I travel 100 percent for work. Honestly all nissan cars are shit tier when it comes to android auto. Every flipping one of them is jacked up. Like pulling teeth to get it linked and ready to go.
