Your front blackout marker lights emit too much light, the internals might be faulty.
The blackout marker lights are to let other vehicles see you, like in a convoy of military vehicles driving at night. The blackout drive light on the fender is for you to see where you're going. It is not much light, but once your eyes adjust to the darkness, it does a pretty good job.
