Heard this song from many singers like Sanu, Vinod Rathod, Abhijeet, Shaan, Arijit Singh, etc., but none could come close to Kishore Da. Great composition of Pancham Da. From one of the most iconic comedy films of all time, Hrishikesh Mukherjee's 'Golmaal'. One of my most favourite films. Never bored of watching it. I don't know how many times I would have watched this film. May be more than 50 times.

@@SwapanDas Absolutely spot on. I have always felt that RD and only RD could do true justice to Gulzar’s lyrics. And for KK, he did absolute justice to everything he sang. I really feel proud for the composers and singers of the yesteryears, that without any assistance from digital equipments they could create such orchestration and could sing such songs without support from autotune. Everything had to be done at once, one single mistake from anyone would mean to start over again. It was this painful and gruesome task that probably made the best come out and shine forever.

Btw, I usually try to provide the actual images of the concerned Record cover (front & back) and media, and sometimes a bit of the hardware parts. Many are here for downloading the vinyl rips and they are not interested in my "dialoguebazi" which will go with the main song then.

@@SwapanDas Absolutely spot on. I have always felt that RD and only RD could do true justice to Gulzar’s lyrics. And for KK, he did absolute justice to everything he sang. I really feel proud for the composers and singers of the yesteryears, that without any assistance from digital equipments they could create such orchestration and could sing such songs without support from autotune. Everything had to be done at once, one single mistake from anyone would mean to start over again. It was this painful and gruesome task that probably made the best come out and shine forever.

Btw, I usually try to provide the actual images of the concerned Record cover (front & back) and media, and sometimes a bit of the hardware parts. Many are here for downloading the vinyl rips and they are not interested in my "dialoguebazi" which will go with the main song then.
