Ahhh...it's lovely! My only recommendation would be to get a large Round tray to set the items on your ottoman, that way when you're relaxing or have company, you can simply move the tray. Plus the tray itself can add interest. Beautiful work in progress ❤😊

52:25 Hello Daphne the staircase and fireplace turn out wonderful and your choice of paint color for the living room is gorgeous just wondering why your not using a larger drop cloth on those nice floors and is the color of the curtains a final choice with the color of the chocolate sofa maybe a light color curtain would be better choice.
