"If you think you're enlightened; Go spend a week with your family."
😂
I am enlightened and no contact is the only reasonable option for self preservation 😂😅. I was “withstanding” but my family are beyond distorted, the manipulation and lack of accountability, lack of self-awareness - one minute is too long - texting will inevitably have their tone added to it.
If my husband told me to shut up - especially with a group of people I’d lose my shit
Liz cheering on others to stand up for themselves.. it feels like she wished that she had that kind of support.
100% true
I don’t think they are still together though
@@kicikicikicikici why?
The fact that it took this long to consider that a man who obsesses with strippers (women you pay to see naked) and ignores his wife's objections to him spending so much time with them may be a misogynist... 🤦♀ Misogyny has really been left behind in recent years in academic and social justice circles. It's still real. Still present in everyday life.
I've found its like an addiction
I don't want to be negative, but I sometimes feel that Dr Honda often gives these people the benefit of the doubt way much more than they deserve 😮
@@ma7eus97 He's all about benefit of the doubt because the doubt is important missing information. It's an interesting part of his educational approach in my opinion. Thinking of all the possibilities is a what a good analyst (in most any field) would do even if there is like a 3% chance that most of these scenarios are the case. You need to identify what you don't know. But yeah, when it comes to a lot of these reality TV people, I think he may be ignoring a lot of context in order to educate us on other less obvious possibilities. I get irked by leaving out the 'it's unadulterated misogyny possibility'.
I mean, treating your partner badly isn’t necessarily bc of misogyny… even if you’re a man and the partner is a woman. Similar behaviour can and has been done by people of all genders
16:41 Angela with Micheal on a stick 🦯
Just lol 😝
Right?!😂
So Futurama with the heads in the jars
@@missednoahsarc2654 That's exactly what I thought too 🤣
Jovi really doesn’t deserve yara 😕
Or anyone for that matter
Ed isn't calling him out Jovi for the sake of Yara, he just wants to look superior to someone else because he's a bad person. Liz shouldn't defend him this time. He's all alone because of his behavior.
Yara being on birth control is the best decision she has ever taken.
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Big Ed said that he is doing it because he’s paranoid about getting betrayed by Jovi. that’s what he said at least and that explanation makes sense to me. You could be right but I think he was being honest about his conscious motivations at least.
Personally, I think jovi's issue is that he's immature and selfish. I don't really see him as deliberately malicious, just lacking in self awareness and consideration. He doesn't think before he acts, and he's a child in a man's body in a lot of ways. He needs to grow tf up.
Ed on the other hand. I see him as deliberately malicious, stirring the pot the way he does to set Jovi off and then pretending to be the good guy in the situation.
I think we only consider that because Jovi is a man, and we see as ok that men are immature and inconsiderate. I really think he knows his actions really hurt Yara but chooses to keep doing it. She deserves better. 😢
Yara is such a catch. I would cherish her.
I also want to note his behavior aligns with the general culture of New Orleans. It’s a very party heavy culture and Jovi not preparing Yara for that is selfish. Alcoholism is also apart of the culture and tolerated in a way that may not be acceptable in other parts of the world. It’s just an unfortunate situation because his views on women, strippers and the party lifestyle are engrained in him. I don’t see it changing.
Ed seems very intent on stirring the pot with Jovi and Yara. Is it something the producers encouraged, or just a way to divert attention from himself?
I took a break from Dr. Honda videos for about 3 months when he was starting The Last Resort. Came back to new videos of the same season of The Last Resort.
😂 me too, but I’m here for this part of the season.
Jovi Jovi bo-bovi, banana fana fo fovi.
Me my mo movi.
Jovi.
Jovi was really getting the benefit of the doubt
Angela with Michael 🤣🤣🤣
There is a theory that maybe Jovi was trying to text the skripper he knew to possibly score some uppers ❄️ if she was at the club they went to. If that were truly the case, I can imagine that he would not want to let that be known on camera since its illegal lol. Regardless of the reason in real life or TV, I hate it for Yara.
19:34 Include Time stamps like this 😊
Nice one!
He has no empathy for Yara it's hard to watch
I agree i thought texting the stripper made it worse. That was someone he had intimate relations with and hes looking to see where and when she works? And her line of work is getting naked and dancing naked? Suspicious
Vanderpump rules new season airs :) would love a reaction if you are up for it and have time, if not no worries.
I feel so embarrassed and sad for Yara… 😢
Angela is far from perfect but nobody could interject the voice of a disembodied head into conversations as well as she does
It’s no problem at all 😉 19:35
Ha! Very meta.
yooo
