Holy Scars: Sermon for April 14, 2024

There is power in bearing witness to scars, in being able to say, "this happened to me, and I need you to see it."
When Jesus comes to his disciples after the resurrection, he shows them his scars. He reminds them that when they bear witness to his scars and to his triumph over death, they are strengthened into new life - a strength and a life that comes through God.
