Using this video in my leadership mentor meeting today. I work in the federal government, and our secretary sent an email out yesterday preparing us for a hybrid work environment. The 50 percent model seems to be the new normal and what they are seeing in the corporate world. I really loved the part in this video regarding the disparity between the groups in the conference room and those at home.
Struck me as a FOMO situation from a psychological standpoint. Great stuff here. Going to be picking up the book. Thank you!
