I'm on a fixed income and I STILL manage to overspend on paper crafting. You have inspired me to make over 200 cards from my stash with only purchasing adhesive. Woo hoo! 😀
I made some of these envelopes and put my handmade bracelets in them for gifts for Teachers Appreciation Week!! My son told me his teachers was so happy!!
Whoops hit wrong button. I was saying that you manage to find beautiful papers, including wrapping paper and file folders. So I have ordered them and never used them. I get so frustrated with myself for having so much. I could literally have a store. So I am inviting 10 friends in to help themselves to make whatever they wish with my stash. I am a little bit nervous because I love my papers but I am exploding my craft room and it just isn’t necessary to have so much. I am fixing a taco bar and have samples laid out and it will be close and cozy but it will be fun. Keep your fingers crossed for me!!! 😆. Thanks for your examples!!! I am so with you!!! Use what you have!!!
I would love to do a 12 months of journaled thoughts and memories box with this idea, 12 notebooks to record memories, special dates and thoughts and 12 envelopes for photos or ticket stubs and other memories! Put it all on a box made with one of the large print lids and it’s a year long gift or project, great for new parents and such or those getting married, etc!
So true .. the craft supplies now are so expensive … even the printed paper collections are so expensive and we need at least 2 packs of 12x12 if not more to make a mini album.. so this idea of using up each n every scrap is a good idea TFS 💕
With prices on everything rising to ghastly heights this video provides all of us with great relief on our wallets at just the right time. I'm loving how you continue to show us ideas on stretching our budgets, Sherry. I'd even use some of the pieces on the cover of the pads. Thank you. 💙
“Shop my stash”? I love, love, love that description. I have so much paper, I forget what I have. Then when I am in looking for something, I find something else beautiful and feel bad that it hasn’t been used. Thanks for this. I will probably bind the notebooks. It takes longer but I do enjoy book binding.
I usually get my craft supplies at rummage sales, thrift shops, or yard sales. It amazes me that so much beautiful paper, ribbon, yarn, etc. would otherwise be tossed. Tina, Al's wife
Sherry, I am going to have to make these adorable envelope sizes, with some DT poster board inside for a liner for mailing and sharing some photo gifts I make. Your tutorials just open more windows everyday in things I do and use everyday. Thanks for laying the foundation and once again giving us the power to think out of the box, and spread our wings. Everyone can find something or something they do daily to apply your tutorials in projects for their daily lives. Just watch her playlists. ❤ ☕️🌻Jennifer What an amazing team we have in the Posh Paper Lady Community. The shares, Sherry’s tutorials, and helping by watching her. It’s really benefits us all truly. Just have an open mind and the idea just start flowing again. Love it ! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I think I may have used one whole paper pad in all the years I've been crafting. That's why some time ago I promised myself not to buy any more paper even on sale. Now I am going to have to get busy with your ideas. Thank you so much for sharing Sherri you are the best. ❤
TOTALLY agree....my stash should be used first. I have to hold myself back from buying more paper....I know I have plenty! Have an awesome week Sherry!
I cannot tell you how long I used that square edge ruler before I realized inches were on the back 🤣💯 I was so happy to have a square in my stash I never noticed once for months - love your use of dollar tree items love your stance on crafting what we have and stopping the trend trains
I think these are so nifty. I thought Sherry about using my planner punch for some hole alignment, and adding some ribbon to bind. Then throw in some of my photos to share. Enjoying your videos again while I have a moment. Hope your on today. I can’t wait to see the new studio online. ☕️ Jennifer
Thank you Sherri for not supporting the spending issue, I think some people just spend spend spend and then do nothing but hoard the supplies they buy which doesn't help anyone especially if they spend beyond their means. Thanks for the inspiration hugs
Hi Sherry, it is great 👍 to see you again, using up your craft stash. I can see you using up the tiny pieces for making gift tags, for any gift parcels, that you would have made for someone. Absolutely brilliant as usual. Julia Cassidy from Nottingham England 🇬🇧 ❤
I absolutely love these videos, because most of my paper is in pads that I picked up at thrift stores. Other people's trash is my treasure!. I've never been one for current Styles anyway!
I am still catching up on all of your videos. I loved how you showed an alternative to a stapler. I continue to be in awe of your creativity. I’m looking to make a few small gifts and your channel has SO many options. Thank you so much for the inspiration!.
You are such a great teacher. I love how you present things by showing what you will make, then your wonderful step by step. You voice is so pleasant and your set up so cute. I hope I help your channel grow. I'm a new subscriber! Love your channel!!!
Sherry, this is my third playlist today, and using my last channel. I have enjoyed them all, and have learned, refreshed, and been wowed. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 🤩 Happy Tuesday! ☕️🌻Jen
Great video and inspiration. I noticed that during lockdown of 2020 I was able to craft without buying anything! I still have papers from years ago. I love the notebook idea.
I loved these ideas. I've seen and done them before but it's been awhile. great use of those "not so fond of" papers, for sure. Something I do with my notebooks is to secure them with a rubber band, using it as the binding. This way, I can add more pages or remove ones I've filled up and don't need anymore. I also use these notebooks as mini glue books. by using the rubber bands as the "binding" I can add more pages for gluing when I've filled up the others. Thanks, Sherri!💗🙏💗
I bought a small rotary cutter at Dollar Tree usually used for sewing. I am going to use it for cutting papper. Will be so much easier to cut off what I need to.
Great ideas! I will admit that I used to hang on to EVERY paper but there are some paper designs in pads that I just don’t like. Instead of taking up space in my craft area, I donate them. I will use your ideas though with papers that I love!
Mrs Sherry you have such beautiful ideas and you make it look so simple I look forward to your videos I don’t know that I get a lot done I enjoy watching you thank you for having such a giving heart Bless you
After your 12x12 paper box video, I looked through some of my pads with a new eye. I now have the makings of some really cute and elegant boxes! I may use some of your other box videos to make sturdier boxes with those papers! Someday, I will no longer have a foot high stack of pads! 😍
Sherry, this popped up today. I need to use some paper stash lately again. You rock at time of filming you have almost completed. Wow! Good for you! ☕️🌻Jennifer
What great projects. I have recently found a box of 6 X 6 papers, in one of my cupboards, I'm working out how I can use them, I've had them quite sometime xx
It’s just amazing what you can do with a simple sheet of paper!! I’d much rather have a nice stash of cards than just paper. Thanks for sharing yet again!
Great craft again. For some like me when sometimes my hands aren't strong enough to push a hole through, I use my jean needle in my older sewing machine and hand crank the needle through the project. No electricity needed. Just use caution that your needle doesn't break.
Mz Sherry, I hope this sunny day finds you in better spirits 😀. Using your stash is a good lesson for me to practice, especially with tissue cute idea!!!!!
Perfect Sherry, just what I needed. Thanks for this ! I can make lots of these, and they will take up so much less room than all my paper pads. Great !
Super cute gift ideas Sherry. This is my favorite envelope style. I use these to store my dies. I add a die cut to the outside to show what is inside the envelope. I really like your simple envelope template so thanks for another great idea.🌷🌷
It is so much fun to see what we can come up with with what we already have on hand. Everything is getting so expensive. Thank you for coming up with different ideas for us.🥰🥰🥰
Thank you Sherrie for an inspiring tutorial, I am fairly new at paper crafting so I can take inspiration from lots of places but I find you are so easy to follow, I have to admit that I find your voice very soothing so you are my list video of the day, Thank you so much for making your wonderful channel, I send you love and prayers x
I actually have a rather large cardboard box of papers I've pulled that I wasn't crazy about. I honestly never thought about making envelopes. You never cease to inspire, Sherry❤️

You could also sew the note books together. I think it would look amazing with some twine. Then you don’t need staples at all.

I completely agree. I have paper & stamp sets from 30 years ago that I still love & still trying to use up. Lol, Now my stash is mostly “vintage”.
“Shop my stash”? I love, love, love that description. I have so much paper, I forget what I have. Your dog matches your “black and white” decor. He’s cute.
Love the phrase "shopping my stash!"
God bless you and your family. Love each one of you. You don't hide your talents.

I think you're the "MacGyver" of paper crafting! You show us how to use what we have to make it work! How to make beautiful things! Thank you so much
This is so exciting!!! I don’t think I have ever seen anyone use their own complete paper pad. You find that you
PUPPY!!!! He’s so cute ❤️
oooooooh my goodness the staple trick if you don’t have a long arm stapler is absolutely genius!!
Meanwhile, I just want to give your dog a big hug. Glad you are feeling better! :-)
Love these ideas.
You're brilliant. Those envelopes are the holder perfect for the scripture cards that I'm making for mother's day gift.
Yes! I need to use my stash and STOP buying new stuff, lol
I’m planning to make cards to donate with my 12x12 pads……there are so many who would enjoy the cards.

So true! 😀
This is so helpful. No matter which paper I have left, the pack will contain coordinating papers. What a great way to have some gifts ready!

I have done vinyl for years and have a lot of scraps, so have been making stickers. And they work on paper :)
Fabulous project. We all have numerous paper pads. 😃On a side note I love the colors on your blouse and that color looks good on you. TFS! Cindy Lou

I don't have a whole lot of paper so I've been trying to use it before I go buy more.
Great idea!
I see a cute little craft room buddy! ❤️. Love your videos!
A ribbon would also be cute to keep it together, if someone doesn’t have a stapler.
Super simple :)
