This video might be a few years old now but it's very clear and shows important features of the Soyabella. If you like nutmilks and soymilk this device makes it so easy. Thank you for making this video.
The strainer only holds about 1 cup of almonds so if you want a richer milk (I use 2 cups of almonds to 5 cups of water in a blender) it can't be done with this machine. The instruction book is not much use and the markings on the strainer cups which chop the almonds, do not specify almond milk so you've got to do trial & error.
Thanks my first time making almond milk

Just 1/4 c almonds? Everywhere else says a cup, including the manual.

Do you soak the almonds?
+megan rosalez. I usually don't soak them. I heard that taste is a bit better without soaking them first.
