Odd demon hunter used to be one of my favorite decks when it came out and I'm so happy it's back

My experiences with day 1 DH was playing against it and losing with any deck I built, and becoming disgusted with the class and its power level until the nerfs the next day. Post patch I finally hopped on the class and messed around, but found the power level quite obnoxious (this was all standard meta Ashes). I basically never played the class from those sour first impressions. DH went completely unplayed in my collection up until the release of March of the Lich King, and the the outcast package. Just got my 500 win hero portrait last week June 2024.
As for Genn/Baku in standard, holy crud do they feel trashola in this current reno+good cards meta we got right now.
Reno + good cards? Curious why you say that’s the meta. Insanity Warlock, Pain Warlock, Handbuff Paladin, Miracle Rogue, Mining Rogue… I mean yeah Reno Warrior and Priest are good but I wouldn’t say the whole meta is Reno.
@@eamonmulholland3159 it's just the meta that grabs my attention atm, and I'm using it as the metric to compare with odd/even capabilities in standard. Which, without any odd/even synergies, is going to have to resort to a lot of filler/good cards rather than powerful combos or powerful hero power synergies.
I think the new cosmetics are great! Baku, Illidan, everything! Too bad I don't spend anymore. :(
