I don't think any part of The Winter Soldier is still inside him. I think Bucky was always a good guy, just made to do horrible things that went against his nature with torture and brainwashing. He's not a monster with his evil side just beneath the surface waiting to come out. **However** this is a great edit and the music. Wow.
