1) You use the color pencils and color it on the paper
2)then , you color with black crayon only (i use buncho)
3)And done..
You may use any thing to write on it . If me , i use toothpick... very easy..

It's amazing because after you scrach all of it out you can add another layer of paint and scrach again.

More easier way:
-Coloured crayons
-Black crayon
-A toothpick, a pencil, etc. to draw
Steps:
1-Cover the page with coloured pens.
2-Once you cover the page with them, cover again with black crayon.
3-Draw!
