I live in Pahokee this tournament should have been won by local people who live and fish on this lake all year long. Lake Okeechobee residents needs to tighten up. Thats goes to Okeechobee, Pahokee, Belle Glade, Clewiston, South Bay, etc..

There are too damn many laws now and EVERY GD time I put my boat in the frickin water some ass hole with a badge and 60,000 speed boat wants to see if I have a F'ng whistle or how many fish I MIGHT HAVE CAUGHT OR THE length. over under in between on a wednesday. I fished that lake since it was under construction expanding it. I see way less people fishing that lake now than then. So it's nothing but a GD federal control issue. They want to run people off with their bull shit licenses and fees and permits and bullshit laws. they can KMA. that lake is polluted from the chemicals from the citrus industry and monsanto and sunkist growers.

MY FAVORITE PLACE TO FISH DOWN FROM Clewiston, I LET THE KIDS CARLOS AND CALEB FISH OF THE DOCKS BY THE PARKING LOT, IT'S SAFE PLACE FOR THEM AND GET ONE RIGHT AFTER THE OTHER. THEY GET SO EXCITED AGE 11 AND 10 THEY LOVE IT.

their spawn there goes on forever, up to six months before they're all done. So pretty much if they avoided the "spawn', they wouldnt be able to do tourneys half of the year

Nolan Minor dude the population of fish is so massive a few tournaments doesn't hurt anything!! To think they used to take all the fish in and and filet them and donate the meat. I think we have done a lot for all these fisheries since tournaments Anglers got involved fishing across the Country has got consistently better! So the last thing we need is liberal ass people like you crying about little shit!

This is the crap that is destroying family fishing not promoting it. There is so much regulation concerning fishing its ridiculous. And why would anyone eat them from a cess pool of chemicals and run off from mega citrus farms just north of Okeechobee Lake? DAMN state has made the population of gators so bad no one with any brains would use the lake for swimming ever again. I remember when that lake was clean and the water was sweet and pure.
