300g Prawns
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cornstarch
300g Minced pork
1 tsp Light soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Chicken powder
1 stalk Sping onion
5 Dried mushrooms (soaked)
Wanton skins
Carrot
