I am so glad I stumbled across this channel. So much practical common sense wisdom on finances and how to manage them.
True story! Lol ..I was just in Burlington coat factory looking at home decor, bedding, candles, journals, mugs, etc...all things I would usually recklessly spend my money on, but I walked out with a room spay and coconut oil, totaling $9.30 lol. That's a major drop from the $50-$100 that I would usually spend on stuff like that!
I thought about the fact that I have tons of journals, tons of candles and mugs at home already. I have throw blankets galore! I don't need anymore right now.
(This is my self talk as I shop lol)
These videos have helped me to really think as I shop. They've helped me to become more discipline in my spending habits.
    Thank you✨

    *Be real to yourself:*
If you think education only takes place in an institution, think again. As long as you breath, your mind, your heart and your soul are seeking knowledge. So respond to them and nurture their needs accordingly. Be real and faithful, because at the end of the day, even your body will deny you. Keep your life meaningful and strive for those things that fill your life with deep contentment.

Excellent solid ideas presented in this video ! Another one is pets.. thousands are spent on puppies that end up in Vet clinics where your wallet gets drained. Only get a dog if you really REALLY need one ( security or company). Why not invest in a bird feeder and bird seed so you can enjoy the amazing world of song birds coming to feed in the winter ! Gardening rocks too and you can buy plants from yard sales and get from neighbours that are thinning theirs. A lot of ladies think a guy that gardens is a cool interesting dude! Real Men cook and keep a clean healthy home !
10k should go to any debt you have with a bit saved. Celebrate that win by buying some groceries and cooking a delish healthy cheap meal for some friends with a night of cards or a board game afterwards…that builds memories that are priceless.~ Remember: Fools and their money are soon parted !

If I were given $10000 dollars in cash I'd use half to get my Canadian parents, sister and brother to come visit us in the Netherlands. They can't afford a trip like that and they've never seen my home of 20 years. I would love it and they would be thrilled to have what to them is an extremely exotic trip. I also happen to believe that money is energy and needs to be distributed to keep a stimulated flow going for everybody's best interest. The rest I would put in an ETF and let grow for later. I normally don't comment like this, but I wanted to put it out there for good measure. Thank you for the valuable content. I enjoyed this video

My reply concerned the thought process of people who receive government benefits no matter what the form. They truly believe they get money from the government. Well where does the government get its money hello hello hello. The government takes almost 60% of what I make, and that's just the federal government. So when somebody says they got something from the government ... no they didn't,
They got it from me and people like me. We don't need the government to tell us when to help somebody. We're perfectly capable of making that decision, and a citizen of this country has always helped his neighbor, without being forced to..

Wait. 6K for an engagement ring?! 🤔 I thought it was supposed to equal 1/3 of your annual salary!? 🤷‍♂️ 25K sounds more realistic.

$10.000 ??... $5000 I'll invest in my apartments and the rest I'll save for rainy/sunny days. After 7 to 8 months, my apartments has made the $5000 and I'll invest it again in more apartments... After one year, I've made 3 times $10.000... Simple. What I'll do with that amount of money? Invest it again
