Great tips. If your spendings are already low then stop more effort. Put your effort in earning more. I was always busy saving money in the extremes. Then I got my truck drivers license and now I can live a bit more comfortable.
its not easy when you start from nothing and have no connections. im currently trying to start a cleaning business and some point want to start and art label or company. its hard and very stressful at times and feels like im going nowhere. i don't want to give up but its hard. its easier when you come from the suburbs and had a good upbringing
The very mistake I made when I was younger. Spending, spending, spending on buying things that are accumulating dust in the home. Now in my mid 50s I desperately want to invest but have zero savings. ☹️
1:56, investing your money will ensure it grows. That right there is so unbelievably naïve. Of course, logic would denote that more often than not it may grow over time, but ensuring it'll grow? That's an impossible promise to make... It's also why every investment platform has to throw you the disclaimer that you may end up with far less than you put in.
Most people go to collage and get $90,000 or $200,000 in debt. Now imagine if you put $90,000 or $200,000 into a 3% interest bank you would make around $2,500 to about $6,000 a year. That’s a lot of money in 30 years that $90,000 will be almost $150,000. That’s insane that’s like enough for a part time job without working part time job.
One habit is self reflection because you need to make an analysis about that you doing well o bad so you need to think and every desition took and how make a better proyection

Hahaha.. In the US, minimum wage is $7.25 per hour. Most rents in our area are $1100 a month or more for a studio apt. Lol!!! Sure, live below your means.
Sherry Merideth, minimum wage jobs are normally simple low-skilled jobs that are normally reserved for kids living with their parents. Most people take some kind of training either academic or in a trade to increase their earning potential. You have to do this first before you can use any of the tips in this video.
@@robfromvan your brainwashed reasoning has nothing to do with the fact that minimum wage hasn't been increased in over a decade and 40% of people who earn minimum wage are raising families. It might be a great to get out and live a little. You learn when you actually interact with people in your community.
@@smorisch well price controls, which is what minimum wage regulation is, comes with all kinds of problems that you can look up in any Microeconomics textbook, but my point is that normally when you’re in high school, some kind of counsellor or someone comes up to you and tells you options about vocational training that one normally takes after completing high school. Like either a trade like being a plumber, mechanic, electrician, or something that requires a 4 yr. program like an accountant or bookkeeper, or like a professional like a doctor, lawyer, engineer, or at least some type of certificate in like Hotel Management or something. If you finish high school and then never take any type of vocational/post-secondary training, then all you can qualify for the rest of your life is a minimum wage job. Somebody somewhere must’ve mentioned that to you. Even people who come over from overseas barely speaking a word of English are able to eventually get out of working these jobs. Normally the average age for minimum wage is between 16 and 24. If you’re 40 and working for minimum wage, you may have failed to take advantage of some opportunities. Look up price controls (a government imposed control on the price of any good or service, including labour), these have caused havoc in country after country, including North American countries, when instituted, so pricing people out of the job market is definately not the answer.
