UPDATE! There are now some more Work In Progress screenshots of the game out! Check them out on FM Scouts social pages, thanks for the support all! 👊🏻✅ - Jake
I have a feeling that they didn’t make any changes this year because they spent time on other things, including women's football. I’ve been playing this game since 2008 and I have a bad feeling about this year's game
A roadmap with no dates on other than the first one - thats not a roadmap. No early access Beta. Will be interesting to see if there is a review embargo too.
@@fmscout true, but I have bought FM right from the very first CM and when pre-purchasing started it was always stated right then and there at the time of pre-purchase that we would get Beta access.
Miles should have been giving his 'loyal' supporters discount for years, but nope, the guy 'milks' it each year, and his 'loyal' supporters 'buy' into it each year (as do myself), with very little in return. Let's be honest, it's been the same game for last 4 years (at least), all charging us at full price ;) This year, Miles will not be getting my money, and will be the first since 2008. I suspect I won't be losing out on that?, and I also suspect, they will be upping prices more :) Good luck!
@@Archaelyon my only worry is when it said your saves will transfer over from fm24 if the game has changed so much and even the match engine would that be possible and really the artwork and look is the same just new colours
What a lot of people have not noticed is the player profile page is a pop out of a tile - look top left, you can click an X to close it and the top bar is blurred out
I’m of the opinion that they should’ve just released an update for FM24, and skipped FM25 since it’s clearly not ready, they can’t release it with half the features and the amount of bugs it is going to have could be detrimental to the franchise. Personally they should’ve just focused on FM26 and skipped FM25. I’ve always complained about the release dates being closer to the winter window than the start of the season, and I’m constantly reminded that it’s because not all the windows close at the same period, but they can easily release a mini update if they released the game earlier. I just find buying a season game, yet receiving it half way through the season is abit of a rip off.
So they have got licensing for premier league, logos/facepacks/badges etc…….but what about the other leagues? Will they still be blanked out? Wonder if the downloads will still be available on FM scout
I didn’t even know about touchline shouts I only knew about player weights and some other unimportant stuff, they’re probably taking team talks out next because when I played 24 on the PS5 there were no team talks, it’s becoming FIFA simulator
Interesting to see how they calculate the stats for the womans game. Please dont compare it to the mens. Hopefully they make it realistic and dont have them running about at the same speed as the mens game.
Quick question regarding fm 24, does anyone genuinely know if picking certain tactics and formations actually help and improve you by winning games, also when I give my players rest from training,it still says the injury risk is high/ very high, any hints on how I can change this, I also rest the individuals for a game or so, but it still says injury risk high on medical report, also would you recommend I have train intensity on normal, double, or half.
Guys can u help me out. I'm in 2240. My youth intakes and wonderkids list atleast half of players are not accessible. Any solution.. accessible means old referee, players, coach have been generated and I am unable to open the players to check there attributes..
Miles made a point about removing features because X percentage of the player base was utilising it and it wasnt worth doing for FM25 and yet he has included womens football. Well, Miles, you will be cutting this feature in FM26 as well. How much of the player base will used this Miles, less than a percent. The only reason why weight was removed after 20 years of FM was because of the inclusion of women football. Ever asked your girlfriend or wife her weight. Just watch at her reaction. Very disappointed with SI FM25 trailer. Not excited about this years iternation of FM at all. Unlike FM2005 which broke away from Championship Manager, this years FM should be exciting but it isnt.
Football Manager for the 'modern audience'.........................................🙄🙄 The reveal trailer is so good he has to go over all the old coverage............. 👀👀
I have really hoped for a long time for a stadium editor. Not one in-game that the manager has a say in but a tool that modders could use to recreate all the stadiums in the game. That would be fantastic. I do wonder if with the Premier League licence that they could bring real stadiums to the game. However, I imagine that would be a huge undertaking and not their focus this time around.
Who is this game for? Ive been playing fm since 2012 and i dont feel like the target audience any longer. Who is going to play women's? 99.9 % of fm players are men. Sad state this game is in. Name 5 women football players?
Its possible that some licences have mandated adding it. I have a feeling that they may well want the fifa licences, which could mean they have to add women's. Plus eafc has it. Ultimately if it doesn't interest you there's likely to be custom databases to disable it I expect.
@@bionicgeekgrrl We've always been able to pick which leagues are playable / viewable in-game. Why would this be any different? So, may not even need a custom database.
@@MrCount987 Not really sure I understand your problem here. Do you use other items or systems that also include women? Like, do you use, for example, roads or buses? Do you use things like RUclips or Netflix? All these items and systems also include women, do you have a problem with that? If not, what's the problem with football also including women? I'm genuinely and openly interested in understanding the issue here, btw. Thanks.
Looks like maybe it's only content creators that will be buying the game, even then I'm not interested in getting this game so why would I then want to watch someone else playing this flop??
Being honest so far FM25 has been a desaster for SI and Sega, maketing wise we started by removing features without anything to counter the loss, thus negativity starts then FM25 gets Pushed back wich for Content Creators is the worst possible thing really and then yeah the announcement and the trailer are eh.. the UI Work In Progress Screenshots are at least nice to look at, but you just can´t start off like that and then launch the pre-orders and expect people to blindly pre-order your game like that, gamers are finally realising theyr power by not buying games from developers/publishers that treat them with disrispect or paying pigs, genuenly it would have been a bigger opener to tease Women´s football alongside some teasers for the match engine this way we would have had Positivity and something to be excited for.
It's the start of the end for this game. NOBODY at all cares about womens football, graphics look horrendous, layout is a shambles and it's going to be the end of it soon.
Actually it is a nice bonus to have the womens football and as i dont really know the female gane much it will be alot to get into i hope in some way they make the game a bit more difficult sometimes it can feel a bit easy to me once i start just buying alot of great players i feel transfers could be a bit more realistic
I always thought the FM community was pretty cool and smarter than the average gamer, but all I see today are whiny babies complaining about a game that's not even out yet. Very disappointing.
You are kidding right? I have just seen a lot of people who care about the game raising concerns. For 20 years I have blindly bought every game one after the another. I know fine well that apart from the odd game changing edition, each one has just been a few tweaks and database updates away from the last, and I havent complained once, because I deeply love playing the game. To have been told last year that FM24 was their love letter to the old FM but to get us ready for FM25. It's coming. That was a year ago. They hyped us up for what a huge thing this was going to be a year ago. We are now 2 months from release and they give us that wishy washy nothing update. An ad that honestly looks like it was filmed edited and uploaded in 2009, and no look at this huge massive change of engine. I think we all have a right to be worried. I really hope they prove us wrong
Yeah, loads of people don't seem to understand that developing a new game is quite a lot of work, and hard to estimate how long it will take. This is by no means the first video game that's had development issues - pretty much all of them do, it's just lots of them work with a dlc model that allows them to add features after initial launch. Them taking out aspects of the previous games makes sense if it means it's easier to rebuild the whole game in time for the new season cycle.
@@bl2578 Well, i prefer this way, like old times they dont tell you anything until the game is released. The excitement will be huge without nowing nothing and then some days before you know everything and you know next day you can have it.
