I love Trader Joe's, I was there this morning. We have one 10 minutes away so I go often. My grandkids love their banana and strawberry yogurts so I grabbed 2 - 6 packs. I love their soyaki sauce on chicken, fish etc. I even add some to the orange chicken, which I picked up 3 bags for my freezer. We are in Spring sports season and they're great for quick dinners. I also got 12 of the sweet little chocolate mousse eggs, they're so pretty and delicious! Trader Joe's is awesome! ❤
Happy Easter! I highly recommend meatballs with marinara sauce on top of garlic bread and top it all with a bunch of mozzarella/Italian blend cheese with some Italian herbs on top for a very quick and easy meal. Kids love it. Stick it under the broiler for a minute or two (watch it closely!) and it’ll be melty and delicious. We also make chocolate covered banana pops like the Trader Joe’s ones all summer long. Melt some chocolate chips in a bowl with about a tsp of coconut oil and dip frozen bananas in the mix and it’ll instantly harden like Magic Shell. So good & a cheap way to use up brown bananas. I just keep extra popsicle sticks around and peel my brown bananas, skewer them with a popsicle stick & throw them in the freezer in a Ziploc. When I get enough of them, I make a batch of banana pops. So easy & fun.
Oh another fast meal/snack/lunch for yourself & the kids is a Monster Smoothie: Greek yogurt + banana + spoonful or two of peanut butter + handful of spinach. You can’t taste the spinach at all, but it turns it a fun green color. Another quick protein kid-pleaser.
Happy Easter, y'all. I ask y'all to please continue to pray for me. I had my doctor's appointment this week for the CT scan. I was told that I have a tumor on my left temperal lobe, they didn't tell me the size, they just said that they caught it early enough that they are going to try medication first which is some kind of steroid that starts now (I have the medication) and get me an appointment with a Neurosurgeon ASAP. Thank you in advance. God Bless.

Love Trader Joe’s and Trader Joe’s hauls, I always see something new in these hauls. Be careful eating chick FIL A, they started putting excessive amounts of MSG in their food. I’ve asked why but they don’t really answer why. We do not need to ingest so much MSG in our diets. Take care❤
