We had a great time hanging with Chris and filming these videos. Check out another video we made with this Cayman here : ruclips.net/video/anIcf1Kx46k/видео.html
Wow! Killer build and is exactly what I had thought about doing. Always figured I'd call it a Porschevy. Wish Chris had V-logged the build process as it would have been a great tutorial for others considering doing the same.
It's def an awesome mashup, and Chris executed every aspect so well. We agree a vlog of the build process would have been cool, which was sort of the motivation in originally reaching out to Chris to film with him. We just thought this was such a great idea brought to life that it had to be shared
When it comes to the pulls, kill the music. I was dying to just hear a couple rips with no music. Exhaust and turbo sounds are always better than music, just FYI
@inaNis_ you can get to about 600hp with lt4 injectors and a pump. Next step up from that is about $4000 for injectors. This car ended up making 750 whp on pump gas.
@inaNis_ doesn't really make sense. By the time you go through all of that you might as well have done standalone. Cost will end up being less and way less complicated.
Hey, thanks for the feedback! This was filmed late 2022 and we've come a long way in that year's time span. We agree there are def some shots we could have shot better, but there are also some beautiful shots from that day in our opinion as well 😀 You live and learn, right? Anyway, Chris' car does sound amazing and we're looking forward to next time we shoot with him to get some more up to date footage and audio of the car! You should check out some of our newer videos for more questionable camera settings! 🤭

Very impressed with your build. Still can't believe the transaxle can take all that torque!
Love this car! Congrats Chris, you really knocked it out of the park bud!
We do too! And Chris is THE man!
The clear cutout is my favorite detail!!
Right? It looks so cool with the blue led's lighting up the motor

and they said i was crazy for thinking the lv3 was a super underrated engine 😂
Still can't believe the horses this is cranking! Always love the detail of this build. And shout out to Jeff :)
Absolutely, this thing is both beauty and beast
should start doing full kits.
NiCe!!! Super cool!! Watched it all. Great educational experience
Glad you enjoyed it!!
If you ever decide to build a 2nd one, let me know. Serious inquiry.
Haha I think we want Chris to build us one too!
How much was the build?

Does this have the DI deleted?
Yes, it is port injection.
@@chrisforest9908 any particular reason you deleted the DI other than ECU

@@chrisforest9908 and I imagine running a dual injector setup like a toyota would be too expensive/complex to justify?

Camera settings need work. Man, that car sounds so fkn sick, though. Need more exhaust only clips of it.
