Cosy Autumn Apple Recipes

Join us as we go apple picking in early Autumn.
So many apples and so many possibilities for delicious meals and desserts! Follow along as I make 3 of my favourite apple recipes!
Instant Pot apple sauce
Fill your instant pot with cubed apples, add a cup of water and a stick of cinnamon and cook on high for 30 minutes. Mix with a whisk and cook on sauté function to reduce as desired.
Sourdough apple tart
Prepare sourdough shortcrust pastry (I will be sharing the recipe for this soon, I need to test it some more :) )
arrange sliced apples, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, dot with small knobs of butter. Bake in 180°C preheated oven (fan) for 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the apples are bubbling.
