Double aviary mews

FALCON HOUSING * We are excited about this one! A bespoke two bay aviary mews with central security entrance.
The building measured 20ft x 9ft in total, comprising of two 7ft x 9ft mews and a 6ft x 9ft security entrance area.
Our customer requested PVC lined insulation to the aviary walls and ceilings, along with wipe clean flooring to the entrance area. The roof was also upgraded with Onduline sheets.
As with all of our aviaries and falconry mews, the bird enclosures had no flooring. Our customer did a brilliant job of adding a slab and gravel base so that the flooring can be hosed down with ease.
The front windows had our new British made aviary bar panels which are a safer alternative to mesh. The windows also had drop down shutters to the outside, meaning the mews can be enclosed at night or during moult.
This aviary was installed in May 2021.
