What’s the largest drive that this unit can accommodate? I heard 4tb but I saw 2tb. Maybe it changed with a firmware update. And thank you for the hands on walk through.
I believe there are few ways. The one I tried before is using USB drive. Another way is using WiFi file transfer with PC or laptop. Can rip CD with Eversolo by connecting PC external CD/DVD drive and save the flac or wav file to NVME.
During the formatting process I noticed that they don't ask you to assign a drive letter (i.e. C:, D:, E:, F:, etc.). If you pre-format the NVME SSD and load it up with music data using a separate laptop with Windows OS, would it make a difference if a drive letter is assigned to it?
Hi, I am not sure about that as I didn't pre-format the NVME. The NVME I installed was new out of packaging without any pre-format with any PC or laptop.
Beware of system and software bugs. Many of them. Product is still too new. Wait for another year if you can wait. Bought one and experienced frustration using it. They're using consumers as their free testers 😡. A6 customer service is unbelievably bad.

This locking system is stupid because you can't use it with a heat sink or a thermal pad. And the drive gets very hot.

There is a new version 1.1.80 update. Fix numerous issues, I believe the SW team is working flawlessly to fix anything feedback by user.
