How do you get the mud out of the waffle shoes? Good angle with old blue

Thanks! and it's a bit tricky but I would just try not hop off my board if theres any mud, or if i end up doing so I would try to rub it off from a fallen branch or a tree stump to get most of it off. Also if my grip tape gets too muddy, I would carry a small brush.
