    Perfect Video Daniel. I always advise my clients away from dumping a bunch of blog post URLs & Sitemaps into the KB because the quality is noticeably worse.

    Thanks for sharing the knowledge Dan, was up last night specifically to watch this video. From the looks of it it looks like the llm will figure out things for you as people are under the impression that they can simply add their website and vioala there you go - WRONG!! Haha
    More structured approach is definitely the way to go, we should templatize the structures in the future and maybe include an analysis component that will show you if your bases are covered.

    Never knew about the "click white space to see chunks" trick -- very handy!
    Is there any way to customize chunk overlap and size?

      Not within the tool - but if you're using the API to upload then you are able to customize the chunk size developer.voiceflow.com/reference/post_v3alpha-knowledge-base-docs-upload

    Work on a better scraper tool to not just filter out HTML markup to grab the text. But keep in account the DOM structures. Nowadays with Bootstrap / React / Tailwind there's quite a standardised approach to web design and how information is structured across columns and rows. This could be taken into account when chunking

      the scraper of chatbase does an amzing job its on point. i dont get why voiceflow is so shitty doenst make sense

    Yet another useful tutorial, Daniel.
    With regards to FAQs, would you conclude that adding each Q&A as plain text is likely to produce more accurate responses than a single Word.doc which could contain several dozen questions and answers?
    And furthermore, I noticed that your use of multiple questions for the same answer was in the format:
    Q:Does Voiceflow offer refunds? Does Voiceflow give out refunds?
    A: Answer…
    The method I have been using to date would set that out as follows:
    QUESTION1:Does Voiceflow offer refunds?
    QUESTION2: Does Voiceflow give out refunds?
    A: Answer…
    In your opinion, would it be best practice for me to adopt your method?

    At the start of the videos you say you added "a ton of data sources from a site web". I suppose you did this with automation, how did you do that ? Thank you again

    I just upgraded to Pro and within minutes, I learned that Voiceflow 'customer service' is abysmal. Trying add an editor seat but Voiceflow won't proceed to payment. The support bot only provides an unhelpful response loop. The alternative is to go to their Discord (relying on others). I went there... no response. Already rethinking the product.

      We have a feature coming that will allow teams to add JSON and return metadata. So it will help a ton with table based data like lists of products (and houses). Currently in beta!

      Voiceglow is a separate tool that is used by a large number of community members! It's built ontop of the APIs that we provide and works well with Voiceflow. A great choice if you're not a developer but are looking for more customization.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the content you provide. You are all very useful. I just wanted to ask you. I want my chatot in voiceflow to produce PayPal payment links. I am having a problem with it not responding and it keeps saying that there is an error even though I created a special code with my API key from PayPal.

    Am I the only one experiencing that VoiceFlow's speech recognition is bad. It does not pick all words in the sentences.
