It’s so cool that FH1 had a real story to it. The newer games just are completely open and little to no story.
Yeah man, FH1 is my favorite driving game, let alone favorite Forza, just hits very differently.

it's definitely a simulation, coma, or even the afterlife for all of the games after.
notice how in every Horizon game after, every rough edge of realism is sanded down into idealism? and it progressively gets worse. the character is falling further and further away from reality, deeper into this fantasy of being the superstar of the most perfect festival ever, every year

Forza Horizon 1 player is also the second game's protagonist.
Find it depressing that when you reach the highest of horizon, you crash into a highway divider and die.
Forgot to mention this, but thats why I recorded so long into the credits. Real deep into the Forza Iceberg stuff.
I'm confused, like the main character is dead, I thought Forza Horizon was a friendly game.
@@DRPIELZ It is, I think its ultimately due to a game glitch in the credits where the AI stops auto driving or auto drives itself into the guard rail. This is Playground Games we're talking about at the end of the day.
@@masterfuwa I don't belive this is the case, because is such a specific position that he crashed and also the way how the tire marks were made on the tarmac doesn't help either. So no, It's sad to say that, but our character died.😢

So, I wanna dig into the whole death theory with the crash at the end credits. Realistically, a festival like this would definitely have pretty damn good medical staffing and procedures, including identifying if and where a driver has crashed, which makes me think some form of medical service would have been there quick in reality. Another thing to note would be the oddity of the crash. Considering your character would have just gone through two long races in cars of comparable speed and difficulty as the Ferrari, so I couldn’t see a big crash happening. Also the fact that they went through having damage shown on the car when you are back at race central. And finally, an accident like this considering this was a completely amateur driver with no competition license would quickly have caused horizon to be taken down, but despite that it continues and supposedly grows worldwide. My theory as to why we never see the FH1 character again is because he actually goes totally pro, there is a slight hint to that if you listen to one of the radio interviews with Hailey Harper. In conclusion, while it may not be totally impossible your character dies, I just don’t see it as something playground or turn 10 would do, especially so haphazardly in the credits scene.
I've seen a theory that our driver only crashed because Flynt sabotaged the Ferrari before giving it to him.
I don’t why but every time I see the 599xx drive off with us in the vehicle it makes me sad to see us dead on the side of the road later. Nvm maybe I’m exaggerating maybe we had too much fun and later we ended up with a few dings after the credits. 24:15 36:51
The fact that this is emulated is absolutely mind blowing to me.
I started playing blue monday by new order when daryus say "this is when your fairy tale ends" and it ended all along whit the race, just legendary
when the 599xx crashed i swear i saw someones head slumped against the dashboard

Sorry to annoy, but what happens in the credits scene if you refuse Darius's car? Will your player car also crash?
Good question actually, you technically still have the car but you also technically wouldn’t be driving it who knows?
car is added to your garage, you just select if you want to drive it now or visit garage to look at it. Similar as MW 2005 buying cars.
I just finished the game on the emulator today and I refused Darius's car (because I already had the same Ferrari in my garage). The character will drive his car, but he will not crash, he will just turn around and stop on the road (I don't think as а result of an accident). Anyway, I had it like that.
Hang on so the theory that you die in that crash is real? Wtf how didn't i notice the crashed evo in the end credits before

that's not darius, it says right before you win the race that we won the ferrari, the player is the one who crashed.

I remember beating Flynt on hard difficulty + no assists, his head-2-head boss race was pain in ass.

Yeah, the emulation is far from perfect, as you can tell with the car selection and the shadows on the ground not matching up.

Yo creo que es un bug que los arrolladora hicieron al propósito para dejarnos con la duda sí iva a parecer el pronta en el dlc cancelado como todo juego tienen sus bugs y forzá tiene muchos busgs como el de dinero infinito es creo que los 3 primeros forzá se hicieron con bugs y no sin corregir errores o más bien es la computadora o la inteligencia artificial de este juego que esta mal desarrollada pero los desarrolladores debieron responder esas preguntas
My emulator crash after a win the race, but save, i lost the credits, i try to race again no credits :D
