Don't get me wrong I do feel bad for Rebecca, but seriously she was so unfair to poor Amy. Just because she's prettier than Rebecca doesn't mean they should be so harsh to her. Also, Amy was agreeing with them when they were having the debate about modeling yet they still act like Amy is horrible. They're just jealous in my opinion.

I think Lucy, Rebecca and Laila were a bit unfair to Amy here. Amy agreed with everything Lucy said, yet Laila then goes to Rebecca and says "You're much better than her." Judging from this, I don't think Amy is any of those things regarding models that was mentioned, she seems a nice girl. Just my opinion

Laila, Rebecca, Lucy and Annabelle ganged up on Amy in this show. They were mean girl bullies and it was purely because they were jealous. Amy is beautiful inside and out and they couldn't stand it.

Hi Rebecca, thanks for being on Celebrity. Enjoyed learning more about you. You have gained so many fans because of this programme.
Lucy comes across as very self righteous here and the way she addresses Amy is pretty condescending. Of the two, Amy comes across better here as she' listens to everything Lucy has to say without getting too defensive although she does defend what she does.
Also, what irritates me is when Alfonso asks what's wrong with acknowledging beauty and Lucy comes back with the argument that, that attitude is what's making people like her ill. Perhaps she needs to look at herself and her own issues before placing the blame on other people. Some people are just going to be better looking than others in life, grow up, accept it and stop blaming others for your own insecurities. And to any women who want to turn this in to some kind of gender war, let me quote what one gentlemen said on another comment section on her. This pisses me off. All it boils down to is pure jealousy. Just like Rebecca can't help being ugly, Amy can't help being attractive - it's genetic. Beauty pageants and Miss Universe competitions DO celebrate attractiveness, and why shouldn't they? Why is that so taboo? It's people's own insecurity that is the problem, not other people's attractiveness. How is ganging up on Amy for being attractive any more moral than ganging up on someone for being ugly? It's bullying either way.

Sometimes people that were born naturally beautiful have it the hard way because even though they are beautiful they may not feel that way, and at the same time people that are jealous of them will treat them like shit. Being jealous of someone and someone being jealous of you are both horrible feelings everyone needs to be nice to each other😟
I don't agree that they should have been putting Amy down like that, it was her choice to be a model. Pageants are difficult subjects and having watched a series of videos by Michelle Khare I am more aware that pageants have changed over time and the winners are also judged on their answers to various political questions and such like, not just their appearance.
However, I do agree that the 'standards of beauty' need to change, in fact there shouldn't even be one. Everyone's body is different and as we all know, beauty shines from within! We live in a world where people who achieved GOLD MEDALS at the Olympics feel so bad and insecure with their bodies that it makes them cry. When are we going to change this? We have to stop using photoshop. We have to stop using filters. We have to stop pretending we all look like the 'ideal' when we don't. We have to promote the beauty of being confident in ourselves.

Addlington is a big baby. So what if she's ugly? Live with it. Some people are blind, deaf, or paralysed. Some people are disfigured by disease or surgery and look far worse. And she's is not being "made to think" anything. She decides to pay attention to stupid opinions, which makes her stupid -- that's her problem, not being ugly.
You would never understand, as a male. It shouldn't be a big deal, but all the shit (bullying, exclusion, pressure) put on women publicly, being an ugly man is okay but an ugly woman is a huge deal and the way they're treated everyday can be just as bad for some. If you don't look good you're worth nothing, unless you spend all your money on plastic surgery, makeup, clothes, you can't keep up with the other girls that can fix all their physical problems with money. No one cares about what you do if you look bad doing it.

Even assuming what you say s true, there's still a lot of young women who somehow manage to suck t up and get on with life. They don't moan and whine about it and don't turn it in to as big an issue as ether Lucy and to a lesser extent Rebecca. These two women have had successes n their life that most of us will never have. They should count themselves fortunate for what they do have and not try and guilt trip others because they were more blessed in the looks department than others. And I say this as someone who was bullied because I was short for my age and happened to be very skinny, and who wasn't exactly popular with girls.

If you believe in evolution, women need to be attractive to win the attention of males and gain their protection and support for survival. You will see a huge variance in how much women's looks are discussed rather than their actions, while men will be criticized more for their performance. Earlier comment made a good point about the way men deal with the pressures of trying to fit the 'ideal'. It all boils down to this, everyone finds different people attractive, some more than others. Amy is beautiful and has a great body, to say she's 'meat' is just illogical. If you don't like it don't watch her pageants lol it's really as simple as that.
Amy is beautiful but looks fragile. She could never handle the intense swimming training Rebecca has to do. It's a shame women have to look weak like little girls to be considered beautiful. Guys feel intimidated by strong women.

Lets have a reality check here. There are gonna be some that like Rebecca and some that dont. Amy is there for the main reason, to get people to watch the show. Nothing new there. Put a model next to a sports star, of course most are gonna look at the model. After all they portray the perfection that many are seeking. Though the reality is, that many wont. From Rebecca's side, some will try to aim for her achievement, and many will fail. Her commitment to her sport is admirable. But you wont read that in the papers. Women dies or gets ill due to SWIMMING too much, or having cosmetic surgery to look like a swimmer or swim faster.
People please. Rebecca aint ugly. She has a great figure, a lovely smile, a beautiful personality and she has something that no one can ever take away from her. A GOLD MEDAL.
I have seen lots or swimmers in my time and they work hard and give up a lot of their time and lifestyle to commit to a sport that i still think doesnt get the recognition it deserves. Rebecca's achievements i hope, is a start to changing that.

This reminds me of something. About 10 years ago I got into a fist fight with my older brother. In the heat of the moment he started screaming some crazy shit about how he had lost weight, bought a new car and now he was the attractive one and that he was going to get all the girls now. I looked at him baffled and then I realised he was very very jealous of me because I got more attention from girls than he did. He must have been very insecure about his looks and must have resented me because I dont know I suppose I look like my mother who was pretty when she was younger. My 2 older brothers look like my father who was a bit of an ugly man. In fact I think my mother only married him because he was rich. 2 years ago I went to the pub with my other brother and I could see him get visibly annoyed when the waitresses kept coming over to speak to me. People who are insecure about their own feelings some how react badly and try to take it out on others wrongly. Also it didnt help when of the neighbours called me the stud of the family.
Amy: "If you Google me it's like every 2 seconds it's the hair..." Wow... is this what she does all night when she's on the computer and doesn't get enough sleep, like she said? She sits and Googles herself? Okay then. Rebecca is a decent girl, down to earth and just completely charming. And honestly, beauty really is in the eye of the beholder because quite frankly, Amy is not as pretty as she thinks she is. Just a plain Jane. Good for her if she loves herself or whatever, but people like her normally don't have any true friends to be completely honest. Rebecca is much more beautiful in each and every way more than Amy. For me, this looks like an example of women just attacking other women. I don't blame Rebecca or Amy for this situation. I've been known to troll occasionally but I think when it's clear the person can't take it and isn't rising above, which is difficult in her case being she isn't that attractive which is hard for a woman, then you have to stop.
