Many countries who paused UNRWA funding have decided to reverse their decisions once they worked out Israel provided no evidence of its allegations. Some the even increased their funding. UNRWA has EXEMPLARY Leaders who have zero tolerance for any wrong doing by their staff.

UNRWA was set up by the UN General Assembly in 1950 after the Nakba. It exclusively serves Palestinians in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan. Anyone outside these areas are served by UNHCR. Why did they make UNWRA when they have UNHCR to support refugees? Because one of the mandates of UNHCR is enabling voluntary repatriation i.e the right of return. UNRWA does not have that.
