Brad did make a call for Maxx a day before the deadline, but either the ask was too high or as Mark Davis was true to his word that Crosby wasn't going anywhere.
The Smith deal had been in the works for a while and it was dependent on whether they won or lost in week 9. Since they lost the Browns became sellers

Za'Darius is going to ball out now if he ever does. He knows his career is coming to an end and he has to win now if he wants a ring.

This is the trade to replace Davenport, not Hutch. It should help stop the run and provide a little more rush.

agreed. More of a rotational player at this point in his career. Also, seems to have a problem staying with one team. Lions are still best in nfl.
