    How much finished product did you get from each hog? What was your hanging weight to retail cut percentage?

      Every hog was a little different. Average hanging weight was about 210 lbs. the retail cut averaged 120 lbs.

    How much were you able to sell the 3 other pigs for? That would offset the cost of your 2 some.

      Definitely helped. I was able to get $600 a piece for them. I learned some valuable lessons the hard way this year. Thanks for the question.
