Today is national hazelnut cake day, so I decided to make a gooey hazelnut cookie cake-mainly to put my cookie craving into remission lol-but also because you guys LOVE my cookie cakes/pies and pizookies! I really hope you enjoy as much as I did!

What vegan Nutella did you use? It is just me or has taste change in Rigoni di Asiago Organic Dairy Free Nocciolata Classic Hazelnut Spread. It taste different and it is much thicker :( :(
I hope they go to the old version where it was more silky smooth and yummier.
Again how does melted chocolate stay so gooey?? I tried melting some enjoy life chocolate chips and it immediately got clunky it didn't;t stay smooth. How do you do it? What can I do? What brand would you recommend? Any help, tips, advice and info will be greatly appreciated.

I used Valsoia hazelnut spread that I got on Amazon. And the chocolate not staying melted could be your climate. I live in a hot place so the chocolate stays warm for longer. Thank you so much for watching!🥰
