Loved the insightful discussion it is an Informative and engaging show! For me, social media is definitely a choice, not a dilemma. Social media is a choice. By setting boundaries and prioritizing real-life connections, we can break free from its addictive grasp, also I see social media as a tool, not a trap. Choosing how we use it makes all the difference. Social media addiction is both a dilemma and a choice. We get caught up in liking, sharing and scrolling, but we have the power to control our usage. Let's be mindful and set limits to protect our mental health and relationships.
This is a great presentation by an upcoming journalist. Kudos to the institution (FPI) for developing/producing this 'potential' that will contribute to the Nation's journalism practice, in this era when junk journalism is the order of the day. We need more of veteran journalists of the likes of Babajide Otitodun, Okin Baloye etc.
