Thanks for sharing your hair journey! We have the exact same fine, scandi light brown hair type so it was really helpful for me to see your progress and routines over the years. I'm currently at TBL, hoping to have lovely locks like yours in a few years time!
Your hair is beautiful I'm growing mine I was waist length but I had it cut. The hairdresser cut it to chin length when I wanted shoulder length and I hated it. I'm currently around BSL and I'm not sure how long I want it yet. I'm just going to see how it grows.
@@basicallyrapunzel You're welcome! Yes, I'm also sure that I will too. Thank you for wishing me all the best in my hair growth journey! I really feel my hair is getting longer everyday!
Love your video ❤ I agree i have ethnic cruly wavy hair my hair is never thick in the ends and I accept it. I want knee length I am at tailbone length but the journey is fun. ❤ I love tips thank you and you look gorgeous 😍
Your hair looks amazing 😍 thanks for sharing your journey! How often do you get trims my hair was to my tail bone got a pixie cut its close to mid back seems like it's taking forever!!!! I got a pixie cut 3 years ago.
I'm learning proper care my ends so tiny but at my tailbone. I'm not really interested in cutting it but last 4-5inches could do with a cut but I've never cut that much off . I'm focusing on health. My hair is thining so I'm trying to just wear a braid, but I also cover full time so learning to care for it while covered and braided I have nothing to anchor to if I do pin it up. So oil for my scalp and maybe some henna and see how it does next few months.
My hair stays near hip length and is not in great condition but not horrible. Can you suggest the best silicone products please. I just started using the Redken Bonding Treatment, Redken Volume Injection Shampoo and the Pureology Color Fanatic Leave In. I also hear that Apres was awesome. I follow Abbey Yung
All amazing products! Abbey Young has amazing content 🤍 I myself love the Joon Haircare Line, especially their Serum. OUAI has a great leave-in conditioner as well.
@@Whatsupbuddiebud Both products I recommended (Joon & OUAI) are silicone products that I personally love, I can’t reaooy recommend products I haven’t tried myself, and those are my favorites from the ones I’ve tried.
@@basicallyrapunzel I never asked you to recommend products you never tried but simply recommending a hairline and no specific products is ridiculous as I doubt all their products have silicone. I give up. Also in Amazon all their products are very expensive. Who can afford to guess?
@@Whatsupbuddiebud I recommended the Joon Hairline because they only carry 4 products total, one shampoo & conditioner, one serum and a scalp scrub. The scrub doesn’t contain silicones, as it shouldn’t; but their other three products all have silicones. And I did specifically recommend the OUAI Leave-in Conditioner, which also has silicones. Hope this was helpful ☺️ You could create a complete routine with all of these. As I haven’t tried many other products with silicones, these are the best ones I can recommend from the ones that I’ve tried myself.
A bit of both. I was able to grow to Classic Length without much haircare so that was mainly due to genes, but growing longer than that was due to extensive haircare.
@@basicallyrapunzel Good I always have my hair towards shoulder length But also I did not take care of my hair I used oil from time to time and left it because I thought oil would not work for me I just wash my hair with shampoo But my hair is always brittle. As for me, I did not put any dye on my hair If I take care of my hair, will it be long? Or genes that determine the length of my hair

Could you do a video on the collection of hair products you have on the shelf behind you? I’m super curious as to what’s on the shelf

I try to keep up with micro trims (.5cm every month) or I go for a 1.5cm trim every 3-4 months ☺️
@@basicallyrapunzel thank you so much for sharing ☺️ also sharing helpful tips!!💗

Very cool and beautifil hair

Wow amazing because it didn't take that long to get to calf length. Are you growing it out longer?❤ Also how often do you oil your scalp ?
I am growing it longer, until either Ankle Length or I reach my Terminal Length. Whichever comes first!🩶
@@basicallyrapunzel that's great to know. Would you recommend the innate life range for hair growth?

Hair this long reminds me of Cousin Itt :O
Why thank you 😉
Omg so i am not the only one who love silicone 😂
I sure hope not 😂 silicones are amazing if used correctly
What does BSL mean?

Did your hair grow to this length because of care or genes?

Or genes that determine the length of my hair
Do you blowdry
I usually air dry my hair about 50-80% and blow dry using heat protectant (during the winter). During the summer air drying only usually works.
