  • I was recently a guest expert on a "Noon Time Knowledge" session on Real Estate in a Changing World with Carradice Wealth Advisors located in Woodbridge, VA. I will be presenting clips from this session in the days to come. Today's video clip is about "then and now"
Back in the early 2000's versus today. Back then, it was normal for me to pull up 8 to 10 houses on a weekend and and say okay Mister and Miss home buyer, let's go out. I would not be uncommon to look for up to 4 to 5 weekends because we really didn't always know what we were going to see when we got inside a house. Today, with photos, online maps and information, you can look at a house online, see its location and then decide against it if it backs to a major road or highway. So today's average buyer does not need me to pick all of the homes they want to see. It's is more like a collaboration and them letting me know what 5 homes they want to see based on searches I have set up for them. And most of the buyers are probably buying a house within within physically looking at 10 houses They're looking at less than ten houses because they've probably looked at a 100-200 houses online. So after 21 years in the business, it has definitely changed. Look for more on my interview session in the coming days. Thanks for watching and don't forget to like and subscribe!
