    Great discussion. The issue of limited mobility getting in the way of desired results I think is going to be my biggest take away.

    Thanks for another good one guys. Can we get an answer as to why we should move in a semi-circle to hit an inside in/out forehand? Mark said it’s the only time in tennis in which we don’t move in a straight line. Thank you.
