In terms of hisense, singhagiri do not have repair parts. i had to wait almost a year to get a board and by the time they fixed it, the warranty was over. took weeks to attend to service requests (in colombo). In general, a non inverter aircon is easy to repair by any service provider than a inverter aircon. Buying an inverter aircon is best if you keep it running the whole day. other than that, hisense inverter aircon ac is good for overall use. the biggest problem is the price. Hisense 10000k btu inverter aircon was only 95000 while 18k was less than 150k. Both of them are now way over 1 to 1.5 lak price increase. Buying an aircon is not worth at all in SL whether it be singhagiri, singer or damro
