That was the last song recorded by the Doors. After that, Jim fled to Paris to lick his wounds, reinvent his life or some other such thing. We will never know because he met with his end there. He had become our Shaman, our leader that was going to show us how to survive life. But he learned too fast and burned out before he could enlighten any of us. In the 53 years since, I learned to forge my own way, to fight the fights I could win and compromise the fights I could not. I finally realized he had left us the answer, this song. We were all Riders on the Storm. "Into the world we're thrown." It is up to us to shape our own path. Don't wait for anyone to show you. Your life is in your own hands, make something out of it. I did.

Всю жизнь слушаю, не устаю. Это как релаксация. Обновление.
Даже добавлю - мой сын, которому 22, регулярно слушает Джима...
Thermos-like microphone...
Video's null.
Audio's pure magic. Mesmerizing.
The Doors ❗❗❗🙏💓 good music 🎵🎶🎵😘💓🎵🎵 Thanks you ❗❗❗🎵💓😘 я обожаю эту группу ❗❗❗🙏🎵🎵🎵🎵💓😘
The Doors peaked magnificently with this one .
Rays keyboard work was truly mystical
@@lantingliu7886 I found the Doors to be a bit weak , probably because they lacked a bass player . The material was a bit thin too . On this song however , all four played out of their skins . Even the session bassist came up with a killer bassline . Pure magic
