This brings back memories. This was my "home park" when I was in middle school.
--Timber Terror (or The Grizzly, as it was known back then) was my first big wooden coaster. I rode it when it first opened and it was so amazing for me!
-Corkscrew was my first upside down coaster as a kid, so it will always hold a special place in my heart. I really had to work up the courage to go on it that first time!
--Stunt Pilot looks so coal! I would love to try a single rail coaster one day.
--The other coasters look like fun, too.
    Thanks for sharing!

Cool! Thanks for visiting our little local park with a ton of history. I rode Corkscrew as a kid at Knotts and also DejaVu at SFGA. RMC is just down the road from Silverwood so they worked together designing Stunt Pilot and that design is def a winner as it has now been copied multiple times. Nowadays I spend my time at the waterpark which is awesome. That's how you beat the heat! Cheers!

@@LuckyPierre789 I definitely had a blast. I hope to go in the future when I can get some night rides since I'm sure it would be amazing and also much cooler.
That's awesome that you got to ride both Corkscrew and Aftershock before they got to this park. How do they compare from their former locations?

@@woodskevinm Corkscrew is rough. LOL. They run Timber Terror with backwards trains during Scarywood! AND IT’S AWESOME! The Norton family owns the park-Yes, that Norton Antivirus fame family. When Gary sold the Norton software company he bought Silverwood and has seen the family run and expand it ever since. The Magician is a Norton and his show with his wife is fantastic! Herschend has offered to buy the park but the family is not ready to sell. Stunt Pilot is an homage to the history of the park as it used to have an airfield with planes doing stunts for the guests below. The family is very community minded and prides itself on hiring local kids-paying a decent wage and training them not just on ops but also on how to work together and grow as adults. Did you catch what the operators say when dispatching trains? Did you know there is a campground? Easy to camp there and spend a day at the water park and a day with the thrill rides. They just expanded the water park and have a racing water coaster. :) Oh and the train does still run - you walked by it in the opening but beware, there are bad guys out there! Cheers and good luck with your YT channel

@@LuckyPierre789 Timber Terror sounds like a lot of fun. I always enjoyed Six Flags Magic Mountain running Colossus backwards during fright fest.
It's great that Silverwood owners are taking care of their employees and definitely like that homage to the history with Stunt Pilot. I didn't catch what the ride operators say when dispatching.
      Thanks for the support!

I live in Idaho, and never gone to silverwood for the fact they have few coasters and heard it’s terribly busy…. We just make the trip to SFMM… maybe next year we’ll go check it out when the water park is open. Thanks for the video! 👍🏻

@@alexalbin1187 definitely a cool place to visit. I love SFMM since it's my usual go to but Silverwood still has some beautiful theming and fun rides. Glad you enjoyed the video!
