@@ARUNM.D When I joined the organization I took around 2.1 yrs of fake experience because company wants the 2.1 yrs of minimum experience so let's say my graduation year I 2020 and then I put a date of joining is April 2020 and I am from Mechanical engineering background so he asked me how you directly get this position. I said campus selection. He told me how it is possible? And told me let me check with the HR and told me who hired you?. I was hired by the another manager who is working with Bangalore team and it was product based company. So later on I started doing my work and try to taking grip on technology so I was working from so he didn't asked further questions to me. Then he given me 3 projects at a time which are very tough and even Bussiness team also not collaborate with me. But any way I tried my best and I completed my project within 6 months. Within this six months he started torchering me like in daily standup meeting he asked me why you don't know this type of silly things and all even sometimes he gave me other team members work and then he take a seperate meeting and scolding me that why you can't put the resignation. My manager was from IIT so he told me do you know I am from IIT and you are from 3rd tier college but I also didn't get a direct placement in this field and I did internships and all and then I got this job. So I just say ok ok because I know what he want to telling me but although I don't put a paper so he after 6 months he told me to come a office daily so I started office asap but there is no employee from my team coming to the office so after 2 week my team members and manager meet me and on the first day he remove my data pipeline from the nifi and started shouting on me infront of employees why you are not completed the project on time and even he started abusing me so after this heated conversation I go to the toilet and started crying and then my schedule the meeting with my head where my head also started scolding me and told me why you are not working upto the mark. I told him I completed my project and put it in production but I don't know how someone deleted it. So my head told me don't blame on other and do your work properly. Then after 1 month I told my manager that I will be on leave for 5 days for my sister's marriage and even I emailed him before 1 month but due to some reason my planned my leave to 1 day more so after the leaves he I went to the office he again scheduled the meeting with my head and started scolding me that you didn't informed me about the your 1 day unplanned leave then my manager put me on PIP even HR also his relative and both manager as well as HR from the same state and same town of Bihar but when he put me on PIP at that time I don't know this thing then I told the head HR about this concern so at that time he transferred me under the another manager team he is from south india from Bangalore then he told me now you will definitely put a paper but I put on 1.5 months on observation and all the manager even heads also planned me to kick out from organization then they started micro manage although I spend 2.5 months in this toxic environment even colleagues are also not supportive.then my HR and head HR started demanding money instead of experience letter and Releaving letter not on mail but from the one of the employee tolde me this thing. So I denied to give the money then they started mailing me that they can take criminal action against me. So although I denied to give a money and then they took my employee access and then when I go to submit the asset they told me don't enter organization and give your asset to your manager so when I go to submit the asset the my friend told me to put your phone video recording ON so I go to manager but my manager and HR already there and they try to snatching my phone and try to snatch my laptop also so anyway I walked away so they send a letter at my home regarding asset and absond letter even my parents also go into panic so After that I got a call from police station but I don't know that it was real or the are scamming on me. So few days later I emailed the CEO regarding this thing and send them proof of snatching this thing then in the next day morning one of the guy from nearest IT support branch of my company came to my home to collect the aset asap possible so I told him I will come to the support team office where I will submit the asset so and I told him to send me the email on my personal email id from your company's email to submit the asset and name of the person to submit the asset then after that I my friend recorded all the things when I submit the asset and this way I came out this situation.
