...continuation...if you look at super junior, they do and say what they please, they're a lose canon, even SNSD and shinee to some degree are allowed to be just whatever they want, but with DBSK, SM was very careful with them and almost as if their every move was monitored. They rarely go on variety shows, and if they do, they do it as a group. Yunho, Yoochun and Junsu used to go to X-man on their own as an individual activity, but even then, they don't play around as freely as the others.
@sunikota agreed - so much pressure - if you look at idol concerts nowadays - you see shinee and super junior running around having fun and all - what were the dbsk concerts? so rigorously scheduled with every song standing and dancing in certain positions-- they didnt ever really have a chance to be free
@lindaxbabe1 this incident was back in 2006, jj was caught by the police for driving under the influence(alcohol). Some of their schedules were pushed back because of it and jj was even suspended for a while and did not appear with TVXQ in some of their performances and concerts...
He said they can't go all the way behind your eyes because the muscles are attached to the eyeball and the lens can't go past it. It can get stuck though but it's just behind your eyelids and if you go to the docs they'll pull ur lids back and take out the contacts

I actually agree with you. They really love each other like a family and that's why i was REALLY sad when they split. If it was other groups i wouldn't care.
@sarahJolie IKR?! There are muscles around your eyeball, even if they slide around, they can't enter your brain and the muscles eventually push them out. That's why if you sleep with contacts in, they'll be annoying later; your irritated muscles are trying to get rid of what they consider a threat to the eye.

watching old vids of DBSK, I now realize that this whole disbandment thing...really, It was staring us right in the face, but we're just all so blind to have seen it. Unlike idol groups these days and even Super Junior, DBSK was almost the "perfect idols". Sure JJ had his DUI incident, but they were not that big when it happened, but once they gained top idol status, it's like they were not allowed to mess up, and korean cassies put so much pressure not only DBSK, but to people they work with.

Different goals now. But they r still the same people, their personality has not changed. I think the friendship, teamwork & undeniable talent is what people really connected too.They were the perfect idol group, but it wasn't because they were supposed to be or pressured into it, or there should be a lot more "perfect idol groups". But sadly the pressures of being on top & the industry ruined them. I'm glad that their friendship & talent is what people hope to see again, truly one of a kind.

I think DBSK was the perfect idol group partially because of their imperfections, their humanity. Thats what made them so lovable and genuine. They were truly friends, humble and worked hard. Idol groups now are too robotic, everything is easy. I don't feel like they have changed significantly since the law suit, still the same and just as lovable. They have always been a group with strong character and individualism.Don't get me wrong they have changed a lot since the lawsuit, matured & grown.
Dbsk are truly friends. I think most guy groups are. But you look at aoa, a.de, etc. even snsd has some shady moments.

yea. i noticed this too. but i think the host and the other people on the show were a bit cautious about the way they were treating and talking to DBSK because its very common for fans to be a little bit oversensitive and get angry at the hosts for mistreating their idols. XD

Jae was only suspended for 100 days (more than 3 months) not 6 months.. the DUI incident happen on early 2006 so they are already big that time & please don't call it disbandment (disbandment mean that DBSK don't promote anymore or that they do but not use DBSK name) which is not the case since HoMin still promote under DBSK so it is still active & not disband. JYJ simply left & created another group.
but i agree though even if i am a Cassie since debut i have foreseen this coming at some point

wow, this comment was like a year ago. Well in their prime, Cassies(korean) basically controlled dbsk's every move, its like they own them or smth. Variety/talkshow hosts were always wary of the things that they say on front of or about DBSK, because the wrath of cassies is not something to be taken lightly, they would flood other celebrities homepages with deathreats and negative comments if they so much as say something about dbsk.....continued.....

I think It's definitely because of the slave contract, even family members fight because of money issues. I mean look at JYJ now, they're making tons of money which they never could've earned if they stayed with SM. Anyway after the JYJ+Hangeng issue, SM changed their contract so hopefully no more disbandment from any of their current groups.
agree with you... But at the sam time you can clearly see that the members are like a family and that disbanding would be crazy...I still can`t understand completely why they did disband but i think there`s more behind it than what we see....Just gonna hope they are coming back together soon! even though it seems dark i still believe in those perfect guys

i know they will come on 24.11.2007 at stadium merdeka and their tickets.. haven't sure.. but i heard someppl... most expensive is RM503, the cheapest RM103.. then MY FM said the songs that they sing will change a bit.. like remix it.. or expand it.. or more performence and dancing... that's all i know.. oh ya, u can book the ticket one month b4 the concert... so FIGHTING... i also going!! hahahahaha

so like, this is a show to help people be "well being" and look younger. the guest r the ppl that r at the bottom and the ppl who rnt the guest r at that thingy. its a quiz bout the body and its a team effort. they have to have the same answer and when they get the wrong answer, the person on that thingy shakes and the ppl on that thing has to stay put and try to not to fall off....
