Well how do you think the cops always found where cg ocean dumped people. Obviously there was metagaming happening. be it from the person being ocean dumped or the cops themselves. I don't think it's as widespread of a problem as people think though. Sometimes cops are just in the right place at the right time, the get local calls, crims get spotted and don't know. Pretty much some RP'ers have a Parasocial relationship with their own as well as other peoples characters. their life sucks and they live their lives through the eyes of their characters and not RP as the character they made and if you do something to them or someone they like in game and you keep it all RP and not OOC, they take what they learned in OOC and use it to "RP" and attack you or they would take it OOC and make a big deal out of it and you take all the heat while the others get everything they want because they are attached to their characters unlike you.

I really appreciate Mehdi's take on this whole thing, and the whole talk around the subject. I think there are very few people on Mehdi's level of knowledge about the scene, and the experience to back up his statements.

This is all my speculation but there's no way Nathan wasn't involved in some kinda way, or had no idea this was going on and it not effecting the RP on the server, especially with *multiple* members of the DOJ being involved. (No proof of who tho.) But the way Serge Cross just showed up and shut down that whole case against Siobhan was, I'm gunna be honest, kinda sus, I'm just sayin😉. Also Jason(N. Adams) was probably getting some too as much as he followed her around and did everything he could for her, at least in my eyes. Voice(Murphy) def. got some too and I think he realized pretty early on how crazy Diva was and what was going on at those DOJ Diddy parties, but bruh, she can't be the only one who cops a ban for this, at the least the people involved should be removed from the DOJ, period. I know the ban was for the meta and is 100% deserved but if ANY DOJ members are being coerced OOC behind the scenes with anything, not just free OF content and actively reciprocating with that person, then that is no doubt going to have influence on them picking sides in and OOC. The people involved inside the Department of Justice are going to have a conflict of interest on any case that person or person's are involved with, plain and simple, turning a blind eye to that fact, or actively participating in it, should that not also present consequences for those involved? They've been shouting consequence's for literally months on petty things but when these court cases have huge fines and times, that they seem to constantly forget are effecting peoples streams and their enjoyment on the server in general could all just be because certain people in the DOJ wanted to keep their fap material flowing, is that not a problem in itself? Kinda weird, I'm just sayin'.

Pretty much some RP'ers have a Parasocial relationship with their own as well as other peoples characters. their life sucks and they live their lives through the eyes of their characters and not RP as the character they made and if you do something to them or someone they like in game and you keep it all RP and not OOC, they take what they learned in OOC and use it to "RP" and attack you or they would take it OOC and make a big deal out of it and you take all the heat while the others get everything they want because they are attached to their characters unlike you.
A lot of people use RP as an excuse to be bad people the amount of cops you see just ordering you around for the sake of it powertrips
Then to avoid any accountability they say "im not like that its my rp character"

From an Omie 4head viewer end of 3.0 was some of the best role play and him breaking the tension in certain scenarios shows he wasn’t as big of dickhead and it showed it was pure roleplay and he enjoyed roleplaying with them.
