I'm wondering about one issue on this video - I went on Google Maps and on the main highway 395 it shows both Amazon and Chewy fulfillment centers being constructed. Those will drive a lot of jobs and potentially new resident to the area. Knowing how fast Amazon works, if they're showing up on Google maps they're probably already completed since this is a year after you posted this video. What are your thoughts on this type of development and how much it might offset the 25sf per capita figure?

We like Radius because it gives us a good top-down view of things. However, for markets that we need more info from, especially things like occupancy, we'll actually fly out and secret shop competitors in the area.
